This is a very good pack for daily use and fits me well. The only thing that was odd is the handle placement. I like them, but it would be good to have had one on top also so that you can hang the pack without it being at an odd angle. Otherwise, well worth the price.

The website had a picture and the specs of the item I ordered. The item I received was a perfect match.

First, there is nothing really wrong with this backpack, but unfortunately, it doesn't work for me and my purpose for buying it. I've been on a hunt for a smallish backpack to travel with and, in a pinch, could be used for light to medium hikes while traveling. The 3 main criteria are: fits under the seat in front of me in an airplane with room for my feet, is comfortable to carry, and has easy access to the top pocket.Well it does fit under the airplane seat, but leaves room for only one foot. The measurements in the posting are off by an inch on the width and that's with nothing in the side pockets. The shoulder straps seem to be horizontal to the ground when wearing with very little contouring, so the interior edge of the straps carry the load and the exterior edge has about a inch gap between the shoulder and strap (so the strap seems to cut into the shoulder if there's a lot of weight in the bag). Lastly, the top pocket is too small for the things I would want easy access to while on a plane.Otherwise, it seems to be a quality pack in both design and materials. The dual handles work just fine for me and there's lots of storage, especially the side pockets which can either hold gear or large water bottles. Unfortunately, I didn't use it to travel until after the return period, so I'm stuck with it.

It’s hard to use the little laptop pocket that’s inside the big pocket, but otherwise it was a great purchase!

25L is a perfect size for daily use

Upon receiving the backpack my initial response was less than thrilled. The linings inside are all a little thin but it is a budget backpack and they gotta save the costs somewhere. Overall after using it for a few days I am way happier with it than when I initially opened it. The zippers are nice and smooth and the stitching is surprisingly well done for something in this price range. Could it be a little more robust with the padding they used and the liners? Yeah. For the price it is a solid bag that should last a few years if not longer. Would buy again. Particularly like this model with two handles on the sides of the top instead of one centered top handle.

I was wearing this backpack when a car merged into me on the highway which pushed me directly into a trailer. I didn’t have much gear on that day and truly believe this backpack is the entire reason why I didn’t break my shoulders or my back. The material is pretty hefty-heavy duty material and have some sort of liners inside of the straps and back section.The shoulder liner was crucial in this situation as my shoulder hit a piece of metal on the trailer.It also has loads of storage compartments, I had work folders and “office “ attire packed in to change out of my riding clothes upon arrival but I never made it to work that morning.The entire combination off junk packed in the backpack plus the back liner worked in my favor that day.Unfortunately, but understandably, the front zippers did break off as well as the waist buckles so I can’t reuse it but I do plan to repurchase it asap.

I bought this bag specifically for work, didn’t want to pay a lot of money because it’s just gonna get pretty beat up.Seems good enough for what I need it for, took off a few straps that I didn’t need because again it’s just for work. Not fancy has good size pockets hanger straps for carabiners, pens and whatever else you need to hang.Down side and I knew this when buying it, there’s no top strap for hanging it on a hook. Didn’t think I would really need that feature much until I realized how convenient a top hanger strap really is. There are 2 handle straps mounted on the sides of the bag body, which really are useless.Other than that, plenty of pocket space and main compartment space for carrying work stuff. Material seems pretty sturdy for the price. No issues with zippers so far. Do I expect it to last forever, No, but it’ll do until it no longer can.
