Great quality!
I took my bose headphones on a long flight and enjoyed them thoroughly. i could even lie on my side comfortably and listen to my favorite music (was lucky to be in business class).

Batteries died after only 4 months
The headphones were great, until after using them for only four months, the battery completely died. The cost of a repair would be $180, which is around as much as you could get a new pair of headphones for. Buying refurbished could be great, but beware, you cannot trust the batteries in refurbished items, and don't expect longevity.

Renewed Battery Life is Awful
The headphones are excellent as are all Bose QC units. I'm less happy about this set of renewed units, as the battery life has been really, truly bad. They don't get a quarter of the rated life listed from a full charge. I'm not sure if the battery was trashed on mine, but buyer beware...

Great Buy
I wasn’t expecting such value for the price. I primarily use the headphones for the gym but they also work well with phone calls. The sound is very clear I can see I will enjoy the headphones for a long time.

This Is A Aged Product: Refurbished Bose QuietComfort 35 Series II headphones
Refurbished Bose QuietComfort 35 Series II headphones: Product arrived in good condition and on time. Product needed a verbal receipt code that was sent in a email. This code had to be communicated verbally and directly to the Amazon driver before I could take possession of the package. Product arrived inside a hard case with a very short audio cable. Product was uncharged upon arrival. 3 hours to obtain a full charge. The Bose QuietComfort 35 Series II headphones felt good on the head and sounded good. The on and off switch I thought, was clumsy operation compared to other headphones I own. Note: The noise deduction default is high. The noise reduction also depletes battery levels. The reason for the return of my Refurbished Bose QuietComfort 35 Series II headphones is these headphone are considered “aged” by the Bose tech support team. This is aged product a will not connect to any active Bose apps to adjust bass or treble levels except for the Bose connect app. The Bose Connect app will give you only certain specific information. The app will let you change the noise reduction level, but, as soon a you close out the app, turn off the headphones and back on again, the noice cancellation returns to default high. It does not register permanently in the Refurbished Bose QuietComfort 35 Series II headphones. If you’re okay without customization of your sound quality, these are okay but not for me.
