I bought this product because u have fibromyalgia and it has gotten more difficult to use my hands the way I used to. The automatic curler is easy to use and the switch for the flat iron, also easy to use. I will recommend this product to anyone I know.

It does not work well on long hair. My hair barely waved at 200 degrees. What waves there were, didn’t hold. I ended up looking like someone had me in a headlock instead of having beach waves.

Have this to my daughter for her January birthdayDoes not heat enough to curl her hair. I need to return it. Any help would be appreciated

Good curling iron for the price. It takes some getting used to so that you don’t get those weird square looking ends. But once you get the hang of it, it’s fine. The top clamp of the curling part is pretty short so only do a little hair at a time for better results. In my pic half my hair is done and smooth and the other isn’t yet (my hair is wavy) and the other pic is a pretty successful curl.

Haven't used it much

The iron is a little disappointing. First, it’s awkward because you can not lock the rotation buttons and it’s hard not to press the buttons when using as a straighter causing the barrel to spin when you don’t want it to. Second, the clamp for the outside round barrel curling surface is extremely small and hard to clamp hair into it to get round curls. Lastly, while it’s hot & can definitely burn your skin, it only heats to 200* which is not hot enough in my opinion, especially when trying to get beach waves which it’s the primary reason I purchased it. I do use it daily because it still straightens & curls but not the way I had hoped it would.
