I love them. For years I have searched for shorts this long and made of a solid material. I thought it did not exist anymore but these are perfect. I am 6'6" and they come below my knees even when I sit down. The material is sturdy but not too heavy. It fits great around the waist without being tied. I am stocking up on several pairs.

They run a little tight but length is great
