first concern was the length of these shorts. my hubby likes them below the knee..and they are perfect ! the XL fits perfect. the fabric is not flimsy but med weight , silky very comfy he says. they are at a good price and a good selection of colors. 5 stars for sure

My husband loves them. The pockets are even deep enough to hold his phone without falling out.

These shorts would absolutely be perfect BUT for the waistband!!!!!!I have a waist size 38, and found that the XL was waaay too uncomfortably tight. So I returned it and went with the 2XL. And even at the 2XL, it is so uncomfortable!!! I seriously cannot just lounge around the home comfortably with them!I've resorted to steaming the elastic for 45 minutes, leaving it stretched for 48 hours around a table, and even just pulling the waist tug'o'war style to simply rip the elastic a bit -- just to loosen the waist even a little bit! If you're wondering why going through all the trouble versus just returning them, like I said, these are perfect otherwise and it's hard to find a 12" inseam for basketball shorts.In the end, nothing can loosen it. It seems once it's washed, it reverts back to being so uncomfortably tight! I find myself taking them off for stretches at a time because of it. And based on the material, I wouldn't necessarily suggest actually playing basketball/sports with it (doing the aforementioned tug'o'war ripped the surface fabric so many places), but at the very least you can trust that it won't be pulled down or dragged when wearing it!Additionally, as other reviews have mentioned, the pockets are way too small. I find my phone falling out when sitting/lying down often. I wouldn't count it against it, and it could be annoying only sometimes, but I say it more just as what could be an improvement if anything.Other than that, I really like these shorts! The material is light (unlike some other basketball shorts I've had that were full on cotton and would hot and me even sweaty wearing it on hot days) and breezy/breathable material. And of course the length is absolutely perfect and I so very much love it and the way it looks on me!Honestly, as much as I love these shorts, if you were to ask me if you should get it for lounging around, I'd tell you to not get these.... :-\

They're awesome. Exactly what I was looking for: long and comfy. The only thing is that the pockets are not really big, but other than that these are perfect.

Pretty good except two things. Little burrs in the cloth. Not sure if it is a manufacturing defect, or they ran the cloth over sandpaper or something. I am guessing after a couple dozen washes they will start to fall apart. And the second and biggest problem, the pockets are no where near big enough. Pens and markers fall out of the pockets.
