First time having a Lenovo and I'm injoying it

Incredible customer service!!!
We purchased a laptop and when we received it encountered a factory hardware issue. The customer service we received was PHENOMENAL!!! They talked us through various troubleshooting techniques to try and identify a possible software issue and when we had tried everything and couldn't fix the issue they sent us a return slip, fixed the hardware issue and got it back to us within the work week. Would 100% use again and you should also! Very happy with this seller.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: As far as I can tell it’s a great laptop I’m using it for Online Learning and it has worked great but again I’m not Tech savvy!!

Great features and super fast!
I really love this computer. I’ve had it for almost a year now with no issues. It has all the features I need. The touchscreen performs exceptionally well, it has impressive speed and excellent battery life. I need two and will buy it again

Unless, won't work
Just got it today and won't boot, storage failure so mad leaving tomorrow on a work trip and with no computer. Can't contact the manufacturer until Monday so I'm stuck!!! Will update when I see how this issue is resolved I am more than frustrated 😠 😡

Bios/Hardware Issue
Overall the laptop is fine. However it takes 20 seconds for the bios to boot. I contacted Lenovo support and they informed me that this is know hardware issue with this model. They recommended contacting the supplier for a replacement but did say that there is a good possibility that the new one will have the same issue. I did call the supplier numerous times and it always went to voicemail and the voicemail box was full so there was no way to leave a message. Lenovo gave me 2 additional options. The first was to ship it back to them but that would take 3 weeks and I can't be without a computer that long. The second option is to pay $110.00 and have a tech come to me and fix it. I had to opt for that since that was the only viable option.
