I like this little steamer a lot! I was tempted to give it 4 stars but based on its price vs capabilities, decided to give it 5. I cook a lot and my kitchen does not have great ventilation. Because of this, cooking grease and residue builds up on surfaces. I was looking for something compact that was easy to use and powerful enough to blast through the grime. I am very pleased with the results! Not only did it do a great job with the grease but I was also able to use it to clean set in dirt from a threshold and also get baked on residue off of the inside of my oven door! Some of the reviewers have said that the sensor switches from green to red often and while this is true, I did not find it to be an issue - The steam pressure inside just needs to build up while you are using it. While I am sure that there may be more robust models out there, I have found this machine to be useful, easy to handle and includes great accessories for the price. If you are in the market for a light duty, daily cleaning machine, you will be happy with this one.

This steam cleaner is very easy to use and heats up fast. I love that it doesn’t need any chemicals, just water. It works great for small cleaning jobs like the bathroom, kitchen, grout, and tight corners that are hard to clean by hand. It’s lightweight, powerful enough for everyday messes, and comes with useful attachments. I’ve used it a lot already and it’s been very helpful. Overall, a great little cleaner to have at home.

I have a small cleaning company, and this steamer has been the go-to since I got it and it's easy to use. I've tried others thinking they'd be better, but it's always back to this one. The price is right for doing smaller jobs, but the only drawback is the size of the reservoir. There's a lot of refilling and waiting for cool down to open it and reheating, but it's very mobile and easy to carry as you go, and the cord length is long enough you don't need to constantly switch plugs. I also like the lock for the on position. Since it's steam, it's one of the most efficient ways to clean, although the attachments tend to be a bit clumsy. I know they offer a much bigger model, but for my purposes, this is just fine for now. I'd recommend this to anyone looking to detail clean their own home or anyone who might be doing maintenance cleans as a side hustle.

I love this, we bought it and completely cleaned all the tile grout and showers in our house. I wish I would have bought the bigger tank size option because this one runs out of water quickly, but it is still amazing.

First off, we should of sent this back as soon as it arrived. But we let it set too long and the return period had elapsed before we got around to looking at it. Why? Well, after removing the product box from it's Amazon packaging it was obvious that this particular unit was not "New In Box" but a used one that had been repackaged in the manufacturer's box rather sloppily. After kicking ourselves for not inspecting it soon after it arrived, we decided to give it a try anyhow. It was ours, now. After opening the McCulloch box we found that this unit had simply been stuffed back in its box. Half the packaging was missing. Accessory parts were stuffed around the unit helter-skelter. It had dust and dirt on the case as well as calcium deposits in the port where one would add water. And one part was missing, the 2 inch brush. Obvious it had been returned by the previous purchaser and either Amazon or McCulloch had not bothered to inspect it before shipping it out to the next customer. Filled it with distilled water, plugged it in and tried it out on a grimy oven door. Cleaning our oven was the main reason we purchased this steam cleaner. After blasting a small area on the glass in the oven door we observed that the steam cleaner was not going remove any baked on grime. The steam quickly condensed to produce a river of water that flowed off the door and onto the kitchen floor. Hence our recommendation to have a mop and bucket handy. I guess it could be used on surfaces where the dirt is already loose enough to wiped off with a damp sponge. The worst Amazon purchase we've ever experienced.

I've used this a few times now. It takes several minutes for steam to build up but it comes out hot! Be careful. It has good pressure. The only downside is due to the small tank, 6 oz, after a minute or so, you have to stop and let the pressure build back up. So it makes cleaning longer. And when the water runs out you have to let it sit for 20 minutes to cool before adding more water. So keep that in mind. It's meant to be used with 2 hands, so if you need to hold something open it may be difficult. It would be nice for the nozzle to be on the extension hose to assist with this. I haven't used all the attachments yet. Mostly the jet nozzle for concentrated cleaning. The triangle brush is difficult to insert in the large brush due to the bristles and easily comes out of the large brush for larger surfaces. I like that it comes with a little bag to store all the items. I've mostly used mine for curtains, walls, cracks, crevices and countertops. It has been effective on my curtains. They definitely look better since steam cleaning. Also make sure to sweep or vacuum an area first because this will just spray the dust and dirt into the air.

Appliance technician here and I use this one very often. I have tried others and I recommend you not waste your money on anything else. This one hands down works the best for the longest time.

El vapor aniquila insectos que se escondan en rendijas adonde no entra un cepillo. Si hay plagas estás salen debido a la alta temperatura del vapor (sale a más de 100°C). Solo hay que tener cuidado al abrir el depósito de agua cuando el equipo está caliente porque puede contener vapor a presión.

I like it, like the 15 foot cord the locking on switch. One thing, that may mislead you is the red light coming on. When I first used the steamer, I let it warm up for 5 to 8 minutes, the green light came on, but after 5 to 10 seconds the red light came on, making me think, it needs to warm up again, that’s not the case, even when the red light comes on, you are still good to go! It’s a great machine, easy to use.

Works really well, doesn't last long but it does the job.
