I really like this gel nail kit. The nails look beautiful and natural, and there are many sizes to choose from, which makes it easy to find the perfect fit. The quality is very good and they feel strong but still flexible. The glue holds well and the nails last a long time. It is also a great value for the price because you get a lot of pieces in the kit. I definitely recommend it to anyone who likes doing their nails at home. ⭐💅

New to doing gel nails at home so purchase this kit as a beginner. Very easy to use and the nails are very high quality. Each nail does have a number at the very tip so you know what size you are using. The fit is exceptional and well. I went with the shorter length. They were the perfect size. I use nail glue remover and these were fairly easy to remove. Would the length I chose? They were very functional yet very durable. And I really put them to the test! Once I primed them the paint adhered beautifully and they looked almost professional. But again I am a beginner so I am trying to hone in on my skills! Definitely would recommend. They are excellent quality! The nail lamp is not only adorable but it works amazingly well. For something small. It packs a great punch and cures the nail adhesive beautifully. Would definitely purchase again and would recommend to all my friends.

They look weird due to trying to use nail glue by same company & superglue mix to try to get them to stay ok & have longer wear. I put them on b4 bed last nite around 2a & slept on & off all day today & watching tv and petting on my dog & literally slept more then I was awake. Sunday is my lazy day. By 9p next nite when I went to paint & finish 7 nail tips was chipped on at least 1 edge of tip & some on both tip sides were missing & chipped off The other brand I ordered I wore for almost 3 weeks no issues they just poped off fast & I put back on w superglue & wore them almost 3 weeks (2.5guessing) & no issues w chipping. These were not painted due to getting tired last nite & going to sleep so planning to paint today at some point. Tonight I went to paint them when I realized 6 had to be redone due to chipped corners that were very noticeable. I also did trim the length w kiss false nail clippers due it medium length being to long to wear to work. Any suggestions for why this happened or ways to not have to add superglue let me know. I plan to replace ones w chipped edges or all the tops & painting and selling and UV all the good stuff. And giving them 2nd try so may update this review based on how this works to help see if they chip again.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: I’ve been using Beetles nail products for years and have always loved their quality, affordability, and beginner friendly approach. This particular kit is no exception in terms of how thoughtfully it’s put together. It includes a tiny, portable UV lamp, which is super convenient and perfect for on-the-go use or small spaces. What I liked: Adorable packaging and easy-to-follow setup The UV lamp is compact. Great starter kit for beginners the tools and layout make it un intimidating. What didn’t work for me: Unfortunately, the nail tips were too large for my fingers to get a natural fit I ended up returning this specific kit because of the sizing issue, but I still highly recommend Beetles as a brand. If you have wider nail beds or need a beginner-friendly gel system, this could be a great match. Just be aware that it’s definitely more “big nail friendly.”

These are great. I have been using them for a while now, and they look great and last long. I am saving myself a lot of time and money, and my nails always look good!!!

Straight up, HONEST review. I love everything Beetles (usually) as I have been doing my nails at home for a couple years now and I have purchased and use so many of their products. These tips leave a lot to be desired but many of the bad reviews just aren’t accurate. The Good: - I wanted some soft gel stiletto tips that were not my usual xxl, FAST. This was one of the only ones I could find that shipped overnight. Shipping and packaging were not shabby. Cute box. - The tips are definitely soft gel and not plastic. If you do the bend test, they will pass. I included a pic of 2 nails, one of which I bent. The one on the right has a line that remained at the top but the rest of the nail popped right back with no white line. - The length is medium, by today’s standards. I wouldn’t have wanted them to be shorter but if I did, it would have been easier to file down than all of the other tips I have. The BAD: - They are definitely FLIMSIER than any other soft gel tip I have purchased. Even after a base, a couple coats of gel polish, and a top coat they will still bend. Would definitely recommend using a builder gel or acrylic before you top coat if you keep the original length. - The shape of the nail needs some work. The end near the cuticle flairs out in an odd square that is unlike any cuticle I have seen. I had to file them even though I didn’t want to. I can usually work with a tip that is flat and not rounded at the cuticle, but these were impossible. Also, the tips on the nail have this odd shape which also needs to be filed. They are not a perfect point. - The sizes are SMALL. I don’t usually have to wear a 0 for my thumb and this one just BARELY made it. Definitely not tips that would be able to be used for a “lazy girl” set. They shrink really tight to the nail and will easily leave a gap if you aren’t careful with sizing. - They are OBVIOUSLY poor quality, but you get what you pay for. They were not the usual “good quality at a low price” I have come to expect from this company. These really miss the mark and I hope this isn’t the direction the company is moving in. Overall: You get a good amount of tips for the price you pay and they ship really fast. They are however very TRUE to the pricing and not the best quality. You will spend some time shaping and building the nail but they are still a very usable product if you are pressed for cash or time.

Great for beginners. This is my first time doing my own nails. I got tired of paying erroneous amounts of money just to get a simple full set. I did watch a few videos on Pinterest/IG/Youtube to get an idea of how to properly put the nails on. Even though I made one mistake (didn’t cure the glue after applying it on my natural nails) my nails haven’t budged. I’m rough on my nails so these nails are pretty durable and I have yet to have one lift or pop off. I do recommend prepping your nails by cleaning them and taking as much dead skin/cuticles off as possible so that the nails will adhere properly. I would also recommend to buy a dehydrator and primer (I bought some reasonably priced ones here on Amazon). The UV light that came with this set works well, I like that you don’t need to press a button since you have to hold the nail under the light. You get a good value for your money as it comes with most everything you need to do a full set of gel x. Quality and length of the tips are great and they look great on. I would highly recommend this set of you are a beginner or just want to start saving money by doing your own nails at home…you can do it! *The pictures and videos are after 3 weeks of having the nails on. *I did use gel polish also from Bettles that I purchased here on Amazon. All in all I probably spent less than $50 to purchase all the supplies to do my own nails. Ladies we all know that a full set alone can start at $60 or more, this is totally worth a try if you’re trying to save money and also be able to control how you want your nails to look! Try it out!
