When I say that I have bought and returned over 20 dog slings, I mean it. So many of them say they have “hard bottoms,” but they are flimsy and not secure. This bag definitely has a hard bottom!! My 8 lb rescue pup has some greyhound in her so her legs are long; she only is comfortable in slings with hard bottoms. When I pulled this one out of the package, she jumped right in and looked at me like “where are we going?” She can sit up in it with her head out, or she can lie down and still see out through the top and sides. Many others just have one head opening where pups can only be in one position or be in the bag where it’s totally dark and away from the social action. It was also roomy enough for a small blanket. This was a life saver on our trip in Germany! Also has a zipper pocket on the long side that kept passports/wallets secure and places to hook a water bowl and poop bags. Strongly recommend!!!!! Please keep the price low! I’m telling all my friends and family to get one too!Thank you for actually having a hard bottom!!!

This has something like a thick cardboard in the bottom. This makes this sling more sturdy and comfortable for the dog, but because it is more of a boxy shape, it's kind of clunky against my body. I cut a polyester stuffed bed pillow in half and added it to the bottom for more comfort for the dog, but also give her some lift. She's kind of short so her head wasn't able to get through the top. And that opening in the mesh for the head is worthless. I unzipped the top partially on both sides so she could get her head through better. The adjustable strap is comfortable. I bought this for when I go shopping, I don't have to leave her in the car, and also to carry her upstairs so I still have both my hands available for the hand railings.

I had been searching forever to find the right bag to carry my 15lb pug in on a weekend trip. I was so excited when I found this. She fit perfectly inside and she seemed pretty comfortable the whole time. I loved that I got to take her everywhere with me! The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because the strap has started ripping away from the bag. I did use it a lot over 2 days but I think it should last a little longer than that!**Update**The company has gotten in touch with me and offered to send me a new bag! They have been very kind and understanding and quick to reply! So far I am very impressed! Will update again once I receive the new bag!

This is my incognito option if I have to go to the store. It looks like a sleek gym bag and holds all my essentials in the large side pocket. The two tiny pockets on the end of the strap hold poop bags and a credit card.My 7lbs chihuahua has plenty of room. I only wish the internal leash would be attached on the other side of the bag. This would help with minimizing escaping from a half closed bag when on the ground. That is my one star deduction. Other than that- this is a solid bag

Quality made with sturdy cloth plenty of room for 13 lb fur baby. Seems washable.A chicken would be too tall so keep that in mind.I added a Wal-Mart pet carrier pad that fit perfectly for more comfort because the bottom is a bit thin. Most of these carriers are so no shade.

Our elderly Cairn Terrier can’t keep up on long walks anymore. He’s just under 20 lbs, and is long, which made many dog carriers too small. This one was perfect, and comfortable to carry. It’s easy to adjust and fit both me (5’ 8”) and my husband (6’ 3”) well. The dog settled in quickly and was happy to lie down or sit up. All in all, very happy with this!

Ordered this one (Small) for my Chinese Crested. Product is good,sturdy and qualitative great for the price.Got this so I have my hands free at the airport, my ESA dog can safely sit/lay in it while I check in/ and walk around.The bottom is sturdy with enough padding. Colour (grey) is fine,more choices in colour would have been nice but grey goes with everything.A+

I bought this because my dog has really started slowing down on our daily walks (my dog is a 13lb Chihuahua mix). And she was not comfortable when I put her in it but I'm sure she would get used to it but it's just too bulky for daily walks. And I would have returned it but I bought it right in the midst of the pandemic so it's sitting in my closet with another dog carrier that I bought.
