Lightning Kicks Sparring Shoes/Footgear - Black - Size 9-10 | Large

This item is big for my son and I didn’t see anything in the description about size. The quality is good.

I don't spar much and after having some pretty big bruises on my feet with some thin TKD footpads after sparring I decided to try these. Much better after the second sparring match. I train in taekwondo and I've spared a few times and would like to spar more. I bought my own gear for me and my sons. I want to kick fast but in turn I kick harder. I bought some of the white world taekwondo federation gloves and foot guards. They don't have much padding. I found some opened palm gloves with more padding and bought these for my feet. I also have the Pro Force head guards for me and the boys that work great since me and my oldest son got kicked in the head this last sparring secession with no problem. I wear between a size 10 and 11 in shoes but I figured these would run a little bigger. I was right which is why I went with 9-10 size. They cover my whole foot and toes, my toes are touching the end of the pad but they don't feel like they are going to fall off my feet and I didn't notice my toes touching while sparring. Overall they feel great no bruises after sparring this time. I'm sure after a while my big toe may rub a hole in the shoe but I can deal with that if it does. Great purchase.

Nothing needs to be said. If your looking for a good set of pads. And you follow the up keep instructions you will be happy as pie.

Quality product, but they run a little small. (I did not send back, so I don't know if the next size would be too big.)

One of these "shoes" fits great , the other one is smaller. Would not buy again.
