Black/Silver Jewelry Steam Cleaner

I purchased this cleaner as my wife has a chemical ultrasonic cleaner that does a great job but when she used this cleaner in conjunction with the chemical cleaner the jewelery was brighter and shinier than just using the ultrasonic chemical cleaner.

I was very excited when I found this product. I thought now I can clean my wedding ring any time now. However, the product was cheap made, and didn't clean the ring at all! I had to return the product, but got charged 20% for restocking fee.

I bought this for my future daughter- in -law after my son proposed. I use to own a jewelry store and this product is more effective than an ultrasonic cleaner. She uses it daily!!

Not impressed with the results. Requires cleaning tablets (none supplied) to be mixed with water. Most off the shelf liquid and cloth jewelry cleaners work just as well.

pretty good steamer, i have a tacori ring so there are a lot of small areas under my ring that are hard to clean. not as good as the jeweler's steamer but great for home use

Great product. A little more time consuming to use than I originally thought. Overall, it does its job very well.

I had a bad experience with the company. Their return policy is horrible. They would not accept an opened box. How do u like if u like a product if u don't try it!!!!!
