Super strong magnets
These magnets are no joke. They are super powerful. Glad I got this shape vs the circular ones since when they come in the package, it is really hard to pull them apart. However, because they are rectangular, it is a little easier to twist them so they form an "X" and then pull them apart. I also didn't want to get circular ones because they could be a choking hazard, but the magnets are so strong, I can't imagine a toddler being able to pull it off of the fridge (although it's another story if they are just lying around). Would recommend.

Very Strong Magnets, Be Careful
TLDR; they are very, very strong magnets.I have never ordered bar magnets before. I have always ordered the round ones. My project required a bar magnet and they were so cheap, I just ordered a multi-pack. I'm glad I did because I have thought of lots of other uses now. They come packaged stuff together with plastic strips to help you pull them apart. Be careful! I got a nasty blood blister when one slipped to another. They have a steel jacket on three sides to protect your fridge/board from getting scratched.

Love it
Made a spice rack shelf with them. Works great and they are very strong!

So strong you'll have to slide them off!
Great strength, little rough around the edges so I deducted a star but these are very powerful and will hold like nobody's business (and are notably cheaper per bar than the smoother edged ones so if these will not be touched, these are the version of the neo bar you should purchase at the time of writing...)

Affordable & extremely powerful magnets. They are great for several practical uses & more.
So strong you have to slide them apart. Also you get a lot if them for an affordable price. I thought I would try these for a couple of uses. One on the refrigirator we like to hang a few family & pet pitctures. Using these the photos no longer fall off when we close the door, nor do they slowly slide down. Awesome! That was an issue we didn't even think bothered us, until we don't have to put up with week magnets anymore. We all grew up learning that is just how fridge magnets are. We were wrong, these aren't & look great too. Second was in my classic truck project to hold a modern 10" tablet in place for a removable Infotainment System & touch screen. Again these extremely powerful magnets worked better than expected. No falling off with bumps in the road or sliding down at all. I will buy more in different shapes, like spheres & clubes, just for fun to play with. They are coating in nickel or zinc & have a futurist metal look.

Lots of uses
As folks have said there are very strong and very difficult to separate - but that fine - you should expect that. On my AC power strips I have place 2 (sometime up to 4 on large ones) of these - using epoxy glue. Seems to work very well so far. hint: if you use epoxy use a small piece of tape to hold the magnet on during the initial drying - tends to move otherwise. I also take some "shoe glue" rubber cement and put a thin layer on the other side of the magnet - serves 2 purposes - prevents scratches and slippages. I have the things on filing cabinets, gun safes, anything metal. anywhere you want to hold an object to a metal object. The great thing is you can move them around.

Supreme Magnets
After purchasing a huge package of magnets, I thought I was set for the rest of the year. I hung a calendar on my refrigerator door, but my magnets were so weak, it kept sliding around and dropping off. My brother suggest Rare Earth magnets. He never steers me wrong. So, I ordered some and they are beyond perfect. It only took one little bar magnet to hold my heavy calendar in place. I previously used a handful of the craft magnets but there is no comparison. Rare Earth holds up far superior.

Great for MISTIs
For those that have a MISTI (Most Incredible Stamping Tool Invented) these magnets are a must-have! They fit perfectly in all the sizes and it is nice to have extras on hand for the occasion when they stick together are break (all these type of magnets are brittle no matter who you get them from). HINT: wrap some masking or washi tape around them and leave a tab for much easier usage.
