Poor material, thin material, tear easily - One Star is too high a rating.
Have gone through 2 sets in 4 months. Used only when towing my boat, mounted these splash guards on a removable fixture attached to my receiver hitch. Probably have used them for less than 2000 miles. Both sets tore off just below the mounting holes. The material is too flexible and apparently flexed enough while driving to fail the entire width of the flap. I gave them an honest chance, mounted them better than the average truck would have them mounted, and they failed miserably. I DO NOT recommend them. Sadly, they seemed to fail just beyond the return time allowance.
