Three months ago, I had carpal tunnel surgery and my hand was still not where it should be. I’ve been using this device on my hand for a few weeks now and there has definitely been improvement. I also purchased the Hooga Ultra and it too is a great device. Do your research and you’ll see how red light therapy is making its way into mainstream medicine. Would recommend.

Great to have on the go

This product only has an on/off button for user input. There is no toggle to select between red light only, near-infrared (nir) only, or both. Only simultaneous red and nir may be used. This fact was not clear in the description. Other products in this line do have this functionality. Depending on health goals and the area of your body you'll be focusing on, you may want to use either red light only or nir only. Very unhappy with this product's limitations.

I wanted to get some experience with using red light therapy without spending a lot of money. This device exceeded all my expectations and is strongly built. I'm impressed with the company and their workmanship and will buy from them again.

I’m a huge fan of my HG300 from Hooga and use it all the time but I also travel a lot and it’s a little too big to bring with me. I bought the Charge so I could easily bring my red light therapy with me on the go and so far it has been perfect! I bring it with me when I travel and it’s so small and lightweight I can easily even toss it in my purse! It comes with a soft, black carrying pouch and a nice charging cable and power adapter which is great so I didn’t have to buy anything with it! My skin looks and feels better than ever and it only takes a few minutes a day!! I’ve been doing red light therapy for a few months now with my other unit and this is a great addition so I’m not limited to only doing treatments at home. Plus I love doing it, it’s actually really relaxing and feels great! I can’t believe how well these products work for the price. 5 stars from me!!

The media could not be loaded. This red light works well, holds a charge and is overall well priced. I am feeling the benefits of red light therapy for pain management, my husband uses this on his knee daily, and I use it on my hip.

I use this for joint pain in my knees and it seems to be helping. The only thing I don't like is that there is no stand or handle, so you have to try and prop this up or hold on to it for 10-15 minutes. It definitely could use some improvements. If you can purchase a device that has a stand or handle, get it. This gets really old after several uses.

I got this for my knee to use in the car when we travel. I use this 10 min a day for my knee and the pain is not bad anymore. I have a few other products from Hooga that I got directly from their website and we are very happy with the results.
