This book is concise and straight to the point. Lots of golden nuggets and takeaways that ultimately made me sign up with Brian's coaching program. A must read for both new and seasoned agents!

Book was well written and easy to go thru in a sitting or two. Definitely suggest taking notes or 'ear marking' some of the pages as some of these secrets are things you really should hone in on and develop as a new real estate. One of about 15 books I read before taking the dive into switching careers into real estate, and it belongs on my bookshelf as one that I will consistently go and reference.Will note some of the items in here are a bit dated just given its 2021 and not all things pertain to your specific market. So take those 'secrets' with a grain of salt.

I really liked the content and there were a lot of golden nuggets of information in the book. The only thing I wished there was more of was how to put the secrets together into a workday. I would have liked to see what these things in action might look like in a typical day to get a feel, and was hoping to learn more about systems and processes to make running a real estate business more efficient. Overall would definitely recommend this to a beginning agent or an agent looking to raise their game.

I remember purchasing this book about 1 year ago, and then like many people who have the best intention of reading it, procrastinated. I can honestly say not that I'm very sorry I did that. I noticed that once I began to read the book, it was difficult to stop reading it, even briefly, or just put it down.Brian has put together a great book with insightful strategies that any Realtor can easily follow and successfully implement. The chapters are very short but filled with impactful tips and tricks based upon the Author's 16+ tenor as an experienced Licensed Real Estate Professional. He uses real-life examples to illustrate the learning which really resonated with me. His writing style is such that it keeps the reader engaged and thirsting for more ideas and practical examples. Yes, I've heard some of these ideas from other authors in the real estate space, but what Brian has done is put his own spin on these ideas, which great examples to try when getting ready to implement them.I hope that Brian will continue to write books like these to continue to help those of us who are newer to the business of real estate. BRAVO and keep the high-quality content coming!!!

I'm a fairly new real estate agent - 3 months into the business - and was lucky enough to be introduced to Brian Ernst's coaching programs through a friend. This book, and the coaching programs on a deeper level, contains the system that Brian uses with his own team which has helped him close over 1000 deals in his career.For me, the secrets #3 (Don't be a secret agent), #21 (the frog), #20 (Clean Office), and #30 (Prospecting) have enabled me to get my head on straight and have realistic expectations early in my career. Brian's style is very clear, concise, and logical which I appreciate. It's not a super long, drawn out book; it's nuggets of information that can be put to use immediately.

I enjoyed his systematic approach the way he numbered and sequenced the steps he refers to as secrets of being an successful agent. He could’ve given a lil more on online marketing but I guess he’s saving that for another publication. I would recommend it to others the secrets he offers are useful providing their put into application. I chose a five cause it keep me wanting more it was an interesting read.

I absolutely loved this book! After watching many of his online training sessions, I was overjoyed to see the launch of his book and bought it straight away! For me, it was a real estate manual! I have been struggling with getting my real estate business flowing well and this book has been instrumental in helping me to have a road map. It is very easy to understand and Brian shares things most other agents won’t. I truly appreciate his business sense and knowledge of the industry and will buy every book he writes!
