I never hesitate to purchase an Amazon renewed or warehouse item. Very happy with my Pixel 3a - was also able to find a rugged case for it. Screen is very responsible, battery lasts the day into the night. I don't play games but I do watch my movies and shows and on heavy days of course my battery runs down by mid afternoon. Charges fast. Voice, audio, speakers are all very nice quality. Would buy again. I am not one who needs the latest and greatest technology. This phone alone has more features and power than I will ever use!

Just like the one it replaced
Works like new, replaced my water damaged original. Not 5G, but I haven't seen a compelling case for that here in Ohio. Gets signal everywhere our 5G phones do, still plenty fast, beautiful screen, and still reasonably sized vs. newer monster phones. Wish there were more choices at this phone size

Celltraders sent a locked phone that I can't use.
This is a review of the company Celltraders. I ordered two "unlocked" T-Mobile phones and received one unlocked and one locked to Verizon. I spent some time with Verizon trying to unlock it and in the end they were unable to, stating that the previous owner still had a balance on the account so the phone was flagged.DO NOT ORDER FROM Celltraders!
