Great product

I've been using AVS products for years, have never had an issue. I would have purchased these window visors back in December when I first purchased my 2019 Ram 1500 Crew Cab Rebel. However, I was reading a great deal of negative reviews regarding fitment. Held off until recently when I read the problem had supposedly been fixed. Ordered them a few days ago, got them in yesterday and installed today. Everything was seemingly going smooth until the last window - drivers side rear window. After the visor was in place, I rolled the window up only to find that with the window in the fully up position, the visor bowed in (see pics). I tried readjusting any way I could, but the issue continued.I called AVS Customer Service to ask their tech department for some advice. What I was told really took me aback. Tech flat out told me that there was no fix and to send them back. He stated that he has been telling engineering for the longest time that he constantly fields these inquiries - to no avail. He said that even if they fit fine today, they would more than likely start failing in a short time. Again, this is the AVS tech telling me this. Problem was supposedly related to the window channels just being too tight.So, these will be headed back and I reckon the traditional out-of-channel visors will be placed on order. AVS, if you are reading this, pull these things off the market if they are failing at the rate I've been reading and what your own tech even told me. Putting out a product that is bound to fail only puts your reputation at risk.

Great product, I like the look of the other style rain guards. I would purchase these again if they were the style I liked. Great quality, direct fit, looks great applied.

These were easy to install and look great. My only issue was after about a week my driver-side guard started to warp in the center bowing in. It looks bad, the others so far are fine. I have contacted the company but am still awaiting a response. update 9/7/24 ....I was contacted by the company and they shipped me out a new set ASAP. Great customer service. I bought a second set for my wife's vehicle.

Although purchased in Sept 2021, they warped after the first summer of 22. I kept the truck garaged in 23, gas prices. The back ones are warped so bad the windows won't roll up without pulling the guard back.

I bought my product used like new condition. As I had no issues the last time buying it a few years ago and the vent shades looked and worked great. but this time The package was just basically opened, not used. One piece didn't stick, I called manufacturer as per amazon. Manufacturer refused to warranty item as it was bought used. Amazon had me send back the product and paid me 27 dollars for a shipping box and the product was only 40 dollars. all good, just word of advice just be careful buying used like new products.. I wasn't happy at all. bad customer product support.

I got this for my 2020 RAM Turbo Diesel truck in smoked gray. They were easy to install and fit extremely well. They look very nice on the truck. Most of all, I like keeping my windows cracked to keep the truck ventilated during the summer without folks knowing my windows are slightly cracked open. I also like that they keep the rain out. I always had these on all my vehicles. I can't live without them. Great quality and look nice on my rig.
