I was very hesitant about buying a couch off of amazon. That's not something you hear often... purchasing a sectional from amazon lol..but i'm really glad i did. The seller kept me updated along the way. Shipping took about 2 weeks, and after a week, i received my tracking number. They updated me daily on where the couch was at and kept me posted, which i appreciated a lot. It's a sweet relief and a breath of fresh air to keep track of something getting shipped 5 states over, something you paid $600 dollars for lol. It's easy for anyone to rip you off on sites like this. if they really wanted to, they could. The seller was truthful and trustworthy. The couch itself is beautiful and looks awesome in our living room. The assembly was easy. It comes in 3 big boxes - the two pieces for the actual couch, which you connect, and a big box for the storage ottoman. It comes with velcro pillows that stay attached to the back of the couch. The cushions you sit on are a little stiff, not gona lie.. But it also feels like memory foam. Just thick memory foam that hasn't been broken in much yet, but we notice the more we sit on it, the softer it tends to get. We just gotta break it in a bit. The material is nice, and easy to keep clean... and best of all, - my family finally has a pretty couch we can all sit on together! lol. Our old floral 70's couch was all busted, and it was hard to support my family of 4, including two children who like to hog and claim everything as theirs LOL. So it's a nice change. It allows me to cuddle with my babies! :) overall, I give it 5 stars. I highly recommend ordering this couch! You can't beat the price.. and times like these, you're gona want a couch for this price. If you want to order this couch, and you're skeptical or second guessing yourself, just don't. *Trust your gut* Buy THIS couch! <3 :D

I was pretty hesitant about purchasing a couch from Amazon because they're so many questions but so far so good. The delivery company did a great job, the couch itself it's pretty nice. A little firm but after you break it in it'll be fine. I love that it comes with additional couch pillows that have changeable pillow covers! Super impressive and happy with my purchase.

This is a modern, understated design. The seat cushions are firm, but I'm all for that. If you want squishy, try a different design. I'm a single woman. (73) Put this together in about a hour, with some tugging and lifting, but nothing extreme. My dog approves. Bulky, but simple assembly

Easy to assemble for small space

After waiting 2 weeks for delivery, the item arrived damaged. Now required to rebox & move outside front door, for a pick-up in a week. Opted against exchange as I also feel the quality is a bit lacking. It’s small and with low height which makes it awkward in high ceiling room. It’s upright and not very comfortable at all. Fabric is a bit rough for a couch as well. I know it’s inexpensive, but this sectional just looks cheap. Good fit small spaces, like a dorm room.

The media could not be loaded.  There was only one 6 inch tear in the couch (it was easily fixed) and it was hidden underneath the back cushion.It was ez pz to assemble. Works very well in the smaller areas. Seating area is hard but if you seen the video you'll see my niece has no problem sleeping on it. Lol she didn't want me to post it but seriously how could I not...lol . Excuse the mess I'm still trying to down size from a 5 br house we moved out of.

Es muy cómodo e incluso lo puedes usar como cama, recomiendo al vendedor, no al transportista NSD, muy irresponsables.
