I bought this for my personal use. Unit looks very professional. Yes, the water turned coffee colored after the first use. It has wrist bands and a waistbands that can be used around your thighs, for what, I don't know, but the instruction booklet is very confusing, they need to revise it to make it easier to understand. The photos in the booklet are so small, you need a magnifying glass to see them. That aside, it's a very nice unit and will provide 50-60 uses, or so they say. We'll see.

Only one screen even works (I’ve only used it twice). The “mode” button doesn’t work so it stays in mode 1 always. The “time” buttons barely work either.I have had a few different ionic foot baths and this one is the lowest quality. I also don’t even have the option to exchange or return just over 30 days after purchase and two uses.

I was very excited to get this product. It was nicely packaged and came with all the item described. But the arrays that go in the water dont work at all. I am sending it back. I am very disappointed.

This machine cameceith no instructions. I have been waiting on a manual since June 16th. I have waisted money and time on a machine I have no instructions for. There isn't a youtube video or any video for instructions. Waist

You have to figure it out on your own. The owners manual is weak. Seems to be very relaxing. I'm still evaluating the therapeutic value.

Didn't work . It did not even bubble at all and the water was still clear after 20 mins with my feet in it .

Never could get it to work. The Manual is awful with vague instructions. Wasted my money.

Looks like a built in rust feature . Check out expose on website with questionable product claims. I returned for full refund

Existe algun video o tutorial ? el manual incluido no contiene realmente instrucciones de uso. Las correas de muñeca dejan una mancha en la piel como si la quemara ligeramente, la mancha desaparece a los pocos dias, pero aun asi no encuentro en ningun lado el porque hace eso.No contiene instrucciones de como utilizar los parches.

El estuche viene quebrado.
