These resistance bands are wide, brightly colored, and easy to grasp. Good value for the money.

These are very stiff at first but once they get broken in a little they are very manageable. Like most bands of this type they don't last all that long but I've been getting about a month or so out of them before they break which is pretty good longevity - that's six days a week on average about one and 1/2 hours a day (rehabilitation exercises - upper body & legs).If I continue needing these type of bands I will probably buy a big roll rather than a set like this just because it's more efficient for my needs but these are pretty good. No major complaints.

I had back surgery about 5 years ago and still continue the daily exercises the PT folks taught me. The bands they gave me wore out,. so I replaced them with these. They are every bit as good as the ones I got from therapy.

These were a little too str. Even the one marked light was too strong.

Needed these resistance bands for physical therapy. I was happy to find them at such a low price

These bands are made of very thick materials and therefore have very little give. When I tried to use them for stretching, I felt like I could just use a strip of fabric instead. Returned them and got a different brand which works much better.

Not sure why there are so many rubber bands in one package. These are for stretching exercises to help stretch my back muscles. I really only needed one band however time will tell if the band I am using tearsSo far, the band is helpful for my exercises..

I borrowed one from a friend for a while so was searching for my own.These Resistance Bands are very long and wide, compared to the one I borrowed. Since I have no experience with them, I'm not sure how that compares for regular use.I was able to make a knot in the band where I needed it, and complete the exercises as given.The one I borrowed was yellow, so I assume it was the "Light" strength. It was nice to try the same exercise with the Blue Band (medium strength) and get more of a workout on my muscles.There are 3 Bands, Yellow (light 15lbs) Blue (medium 20lbs) and Red (Heavy 25lbs).Each band is about 6 ft long [I measured 72.5" on the blue one (84cm)] and 6" (15cm) wide.One thing I noticed was these bands have a lot of static charge so pick up dirt and dust and hair quite easily. The one I borrowed didn't do that. They are easy to clean though, just by putting them in water.
