I play it in Church and at home while I worship the Lord, everyone complimented my playing. Had a nice tone, not tinny. The tree represents the Tree of Life.

Good Beginner Instrument
I'm primarily a guitar player - but I wanted to add a bit of percussion to my collection. Was really surprised at how easy it was to pick up!From what I can tell this has great bang for the buck, and the styling makes it a bit more interesting than the alternatives.I'm 6'4" and was a bit worried that it might sit a little too short to be comfortable, but I'm finding it quite comfortable even after sitting on it for an hour or two.Complaints / Nitpicks:- The packaging sucked. Several pieces of the inner cardboard weren't even in ne piece by the time I opened it, and I don't think it was shipping's fault. Miracle that the cajon was undamaged.- The adjustment screws that hold the front plate on are AWFUL. The metal is very soft and the heads of the screws will strip out after one or two adjustments (even with the correct size screwdriver). I'll be replacing them with something better the next time I go to a hardware store.- One of the front plate screws might have been overtightened or sticky, and when loosened it broke off a small chunk of wood on the plate. Bummer, but shouldn't be too hard to repair myself.

The Cajon is cheaper than therapy!
The media could not be loaded. I’m a baby Cajon/drum player and so happy I started with a Pearl. This drum is everything! The depth of sound is powerful, so if you don’t have cool neighbors, be prepared for being THAT neighbor. The vibrations feel beautiful and the sound quality is awesome. As a therapist, I’ve found the Cajon to be extremely therapeutic and healing and love incorporating into my songwriting/sound healing sessions.

Super sound
Incredible, super good quality sound. I love to play this. It replaced my original drum set. This is super easy to carry and light weight. I loved it.

Great Cajon
I just opened the box and started playing! I'm a beginner and I love this cajon. It sounds awesome and I had no issues with the packaging as some others had. It looks great and I bought the one that included the carrying case which is real nice as well.

My kids are musicians. This is the 2nd cajon (different styles) purchased from this company. We appreciate the wonderful variation in sound. Recommend.
