Just what I was looking for
I ordered this treadmill as soon as I saw it here on Amazon on June 17th, 2020. Its June 28th, 2020 and just got it delivered. Super fast shipping!I used it today to hit my 10,000 step goal for the day and walking on it was very smooth and sturdy. I kept it at 5.0 kph (3.1 mph) to take it easy for my first use on it. Its been awhile since I've taken a long walk like that. I managed to hit 5 miles today. After I was done, I put it back to the folded position and rolled it away in a closet. I love how easy it is to put away. I don't want a treadmill set up in my living room all day. This is the perfect solution. My wife tried it out for 10 mins and she was very impressed with the quality of it.I was so excited to get it that I didn't read the instructions. I went on their website and they give you the ability to chat with a customer service rep through facebook messenger. The customer service rep walked me through how to change the setting from kilometers per hour to miles per hour, that was a big help. The remote it comes with does not include the battery, I asked and they told me it needs a CR 2032. Turns out its labeled on the plastic zip lock bag in comes in. I should have paid attention to that. I asked how to keep up with the maintenance and they told me how to with the silicone oil that is provided with the unit. Great customer service which is a huge plus! All in all, i'm very happy with this treadmill. I'll be using this pretty much everyday. With COVID-19 still going on, this will definitely help me out with my workouts. Too afraid to go to the gym still.

Perfect for Small Spaces
Been wanting to get this treadmill since it was on Kickstarter, but the shipping delays and early release gave me pause. When I saw it was on Amazon with a legit refund process & extended warranty, I knew it was the time to finally get it. So happy! Very easy to set up, lots of signage on the box to show you how to safely unpack it. Haven’t used the app yet since everything I need works via the remote. Wheels are tiny, but do the job. A wee bit bigger than advertised when folded— I was hoping to store it under my couch, but it won’t quite get under there without lifting it up. Easy enough to unfold, just make sure you re-center the belt before each use so it doesn’t fray. The handrail isn’t really that big of a deal to loosen for folding/unfolding, but I did notice the screws don’t quite tighten to make it completely devoid of movement. It’s certainly safe as a handrail and you shouldn’t be yanking on it hard enough to cause any sort of damage, but it’s obvious that it’s not a part of the base frame like you get with full-size treadmills. Last: if you (like me) get your UPS packages delivered via your local post-office, make sure it’s cool that they can handle packages over 70lb! I thought this would be, but when it arrived, the post carrier said it was closer to 90lb, which they technically can’t accept due to liability. I got lucky in my case, but make sure you make arrangements so it doesn’t get sent back! I ordered mine expecting it would take a month based on Amazon’s delivery estimate, but got it within a week— even though that included a weekend AND a holiday!

So far, so good....
I purchased this treadmill a month ago and thus far I'm quite please with it. It's well built, portable, and, sleek, however, I've only had it for a month. The true test will be on its durability, will this treadmill hold up to daily walks for 30-60mins., 5 days a wk?12/21/2020Update: I have been using this treadmill regularly now for about 6 months and have noticed somethings I believe are worth mentioning.1. When using the safety bar it has an slight movement, even though the knobs are tightened on both sides. It doesn't bother me, but, I believe it's worth mentioning.2. Never loose or misplace the remote control to this treadmill, without it, its not moving. I plan on purchasing another one for a just in case moment.3. Make sure to purchase battery replacements for the remote control. Why? Well, recently I experienced the treadmill stopping after 15mins. of runtime and I couldn't figure out why, after trying to keep it running, I noticed the runtime began to decrease, so I changed the battery in the remote control. And, sure enough that fixed the problem.3. The app for this device, in my opinion, is total garbage. I simply wear a Fitbit and let it count my steps.I still believe this portable treadmill is worth purchasing, just remember when purchasing the treadmill, buy some batteries for the remote control.

Love it
I was nervous buying this product because of some of the reviews, but I absolutely love it. I've had it for one week now and used it every day-- sometimes multiple times a day. I have both run at max speed and walked on it with no issues. It isn't as loud as some machines I have used. The "fold" in the middle doesn't bug me. I was able to set this up by myself, and I am a women in my 30s with no upper body strength.I keep it on a hardwood floor in a small apartment, and unplug it, fold it and roll it when I'm done with no trouble. However, if you plan to roll this or carry it far/up stairs, I don't recommend that. It's easiest if you use it in the same room to store it. It also doesn't roll easily over carpet.Seriously, I am so impressed that this product even EXISTS, much less at this price point. If you're like me, in a small space in a place where you can't always run or walk at night, this is perfect. If you're someone who doesn't need a treadmill that goes 9mph, this is the product for you.
