Can I use helium to fill?

It has a blow up valu, like an intertube. I think if you have the correct helium nozzel that will fit in the valu you could. But not sure the helium will last long. We've had this for 2 years of rough play. Our grandkids love it!

Is this sturdy enough to reuse multiple times?

Yes. It's made with the same material as pool toys. My kids beat it up and it still looks brand new.

Am not sure..but it seems to be made of plastic.
