I prefer the guaranteed alignment this has over the N30 pillow. It works really well if you don’t wear it too tightly or rub your face into your pillow. The reason for 1 star off is because even when I wear it without issue, my nose will chafe after a week unless I use some lotion about every other night where it sits. This also requires more frequent deep cleaning due to the layered nose pillows compared to the N10 and N30 systems.

These were too big and would not stay in my nostrils. First time I ordered them through Amazon and I could not use them.
