I liked the whimsical vibe of this journal and have been using it faithfully for more than a month. My only criticism is that - quite oddly - it doesn't have a prompt/section for movement/exercise (thus only 4 stars). But I do like tracking my sleep, moods, gratitudes, food, and - um - "digestion" ;-). I'm not perfectly faithful with it so I like the fact I can skip a day and not "waste" a page because the days are undated. I will surely get another when this one is full ... also, I just discovered there's a "what did I learn this month" section which I'm using now to better understand where I do well and/or when do I end up with my face in a bag of chips. I don't feel bound by the given sections, but freeform journal all over the page. I like the variety of mood faces, too!

Must Have!
I absolutely LOVE this journal! It takes 5-10 mins each night to reflect on the quality of “little things” I do/have everyday - like food, mood, sleep & poop. I learned so much about how my body works and what a huge impact those “little things” make on how I feel overall.I always considered myself to be a healthy eater, but after writing down what I ate throughout a day for a week, I was so surprised to learn how mediocre my diet actually was. Ive started noticing which foods help me be in a good mood and full of energy and which do the opposite.I love that each page ends with 3 lines to write what I’m grateful for. 🤗 What a great way to wrap it all up.Speaking of wrapping up... I am so grateful I have this journal! It is teaching me how to take care for ME which is the best thing I can ever do for myself! 🧡

So easy to use!
This is a great journal for keeping track of how much and how well you are sleeping, what you're eating, your moods throughout the day, your elimination, and a great spot to write 3 things you're grateful for each day. The layout of the journal is easy, friendly and not overwhelming with fun little emojis to help you choose your moods. What I like best is that the spaces to write are small and easy to manage in just a few minutes a day. With some time, I am able to look for patterns and see if certain foods that I'm eating are affecting my moods later that day or even the next day. Some foods may be affecting my sleep (hello, coffee in the afternoon!). It's great to track these things and make modifications. It would also be valuable information to provide your naturopath or health coach for them to assist in finding the right foods and habits for your unique body's physiology. Highly recommend!

Amazing for Health Coaches and clients
This is my go-to gift for all new health clients in my Functional Medicine practice. It helps clients cultivate an awareness around their food and mood, and also emphasizes the importance of sleep, bowel function, and gratitude! Quick and easy exercise for clients to do every day, and the cover just makes me smile :) Love this journal!

Great Journal!
The cover and inner first page are colorable, which makes this journal extra fun. There is plenty of space for writing as much as I like to, and the mood section has helped me focus on how I'm feeling. I don't write as much on the meal sections, so I'm able to add some extra self care goals that I'm focusing on. I love using colored pens and this book inspires my creativity. I really like that I can start my week wherever I choose to rather than being limited to starting on Monday (I usually like to start on Sunday!). Thanks Heidi for bringing this amazing, amazing, creative, and inspirational journal to the world!

A great little journal
This little journal is so great for finding out what foods your body reacts well or not so well to. I like how it helps me keep track of the poops as well, and the gratitudes are the best to write out at bedtime! Buying my second now!

Probably wouldn't buy it again
This is ok but not that great. They dedicated too much space on one page for, of all things, how much you poop, what it looks like, etc. I'd rather than space have been dedicated to exercise or something else.

An amazing personal health assessment tool!
Heidi designed a beautiful food, mood, sleep, and gratitude journal. It is an amazingly useful tool to track your symptoms, food, sleep and elimination patterns, and stay tuned to the signals that your body is communicating to you. Also, this journal helps you focus on the things you are grateful for on a given day, and describe them vividly in your own words. This is a personal tracker for 90 days where you record your daily patterns of sleep, food intake, symptoms, mood, and three things you are grateful for. This tool when used consistently will allow you to get to the root of your health issues and serve as a guidance to what you need to do to address it. This journal helps you to stay observant to the blessings in your life and improve your connection with your body. Well done!

This is a GREAT Journal for family, friends & clients!
I bought this journal for myself and liked it so much that I bought two more copies as giffts for friends. Then my husband used it, and now I am ordering more copies to give to my clients! Both as an individual and as a Health Coach, I find this book is very helpful when it comes to assisting myself/people/clients with tracking daily food intake as well as all of the related "outputs" :) It has a really nice piece added to it so that you can end your day on a positive note by recognizing something(s) that you are/were grateful for - in addition, it has enough space on each page so that you can add anything else that you might also want to track (like exercise, physical activity, movement, stress reduction techniques, etc.) I love this food, mood & gratitude journal and fully recommend it!
