Star Wars Movie Theater Storybook & Lightsaber Projector (1)

We bought this set for my Star Wars-obsessed 3 1/2 year old daughter and she (and we!) love it. The images are crisp and clear... and there are quite a few included so it provided more than one night of entertainment before any repeating. The book and pictures do a nice job of following the original story line. The projector is simple to use. For those complaining about not having a crisp picture, please understand that once you put the disc in and aim at the ceiling you sometimes have to adjust the little focus dial on the saber slightly to make the image as crisp as possible. That's what the dial is there for. It's clearly stated in the instructions, and after a couple of tries even my preschooler can do it. You should also have a darkened room, though sometimes we keep the light next to the bed on dimmed and can still see the images pretty clearly. The darker the better, though. Our girl asks us to read this with her nearly every week. In fact, it's been such a hit I'm back here for a third time buying it as a birthday gift for someone else's child.

2 year old son is mesmerized with this book and projector. only thing is that the light need to be off to see the projector pictures and then its kind of hard to read the book. I have been reading the book then putting in the slides afterwards to recap the story.

This is a great product! You do have to have a somewhat dark room in order to see the projection but works great and the kids love it! I love the way it follows the story line!

Good Purchase

Great fun for the kids! The projector works perfectly with crisp, clear images. As other reviewers have said, you need to adjust the focus to see the pictures - just turn the top of the projector. Kids love reading the story, projecting the images on walls and ceiling, and playing with the lightsaber. This is a perfect gift for any young Star Wars fan!

Could stand to be a bit brighter, had to hold very close to the wall to see images. My son loved it though!
