Replacement USB Charger Port Charging USB Flex Cable with Microphone for LG Stylo 4 Q710AL Q710TS Q710MS Q710CS Q710US (for LG Q710)

After removing the back plastic cover with a pry tool (no cables to accidentally rip as fingerprint scanner on back is connected using pin connection), removing a dozen screws, and removing old USB-C connector & repeating in reverse, my LG Q7+ is once again charging. Turns out some tiny outer copper pins are missing from old charger port. Definitely worth doing the repair myself.

Go slow... Watch some YouTube videos and follow all precautions. I've got a degree in Electronics and 10 years in camera repair. I can tell you that if you are careful, you will be successful.

I replaced my batery and charging port at the same time. For a day it worked great. Now the battery wont quick charge, and always pops up saying it has a bad slow charging connection. Tried a few different things and realized that the fault was the new port. I put the old one back in with the new battery and its back to working fine. Maybe its just a faulty one, maybe its a crap product.

No way am I an electronic pro. In fact, this was my first attempt to repair an electronic!With the help of internet videos, it was easy! It works perfectly! Also $11 was way better than a new phone.

Bought this 3 months ago. It worked. Broke. But for 11 bucks instead of a new phone I’ll keep doing it.
