I bought this as a Christmas present to my husband who does competitive barbecuing. He absolutely loves it and said it was a complete game changer!

This knife is absolutely wonderful!I have to admit that I am a knife snob and unless it's from well known, high-end brand I usually won't buy it. I decided to buy this because I was looking for something a little heavier than the normal chef knife but not as bulky and single minded as a clever, and for 22 bucks this was a cheap way to experiment.I have to admit I was more than pleasantly surprised when I opened the package. This knife is hefty, solidly built, and SHARP! Listen to the other reviews when they say this thing is sharp right out of the box. It processes food quickly and efficiently. As I stated it is hefty, but it never feels unwieldy.This is exactly the same knife that you see marketed under a hundred different names and companies here on Amazon, so I'm sure that whatever brand you decide to go with you will not be disappointed. It is a well built, heavy, sharp and wonderful blade that if you maintain will certainly last for many years.

I bought this for my son as a birthday gift and he likes the knife as far as weight, size, the feel of the handle and the fact that it comes with a sheath. His only complaint was that it’s not very sharp.

Outstanding value. Good steel. Right amount of flex to easily follow the bone or remove silver skin. Suitable for in the kitchen or in the field. Comes with a very nice leather sheath. Protects the knife and you! Very, very, very, VERY sharp!! BE CAREFUL and enjoy using the fine knife.
