Kryptek Camo Hoodie, Tartaros Performance Hoodie Sweatshirt

Kryptek truly stands up to their “Battlefield to backcountry” motto. After spending time in both, their layering system does everything my USMC issued gear did, AND all of the things I wished it would have. This hoodie breathes well and is comfortable in warm spring afternoons, and still provides enough heat to be my only outer layer in anything above 20°. It is lightweight and very thin for the level of comfort it provides, and works perfectly under the Kryptek Koldo jacket. It may be a bit on the large side, which I don’t mind, as is allows more freedom of movement as an under layer, avoiding that “constricted” feeling you can get with a layering system that is too form fitting. I bought a large (I am 6’3, 250lbs, with broad shoulders, long arms, and a bit of a beer belly) and the fit is perfect! To include long enough sleeves which I never seem to be able to find. Since I got mine, several of my friends have got this hoodie as well, and all not only have the same good things to say, but recommend it to their friends as well. The Camo pattern is a little darker than the exterior layers, but this is excellent as it provides a 3D shadowing affect if you leave your jacket open for any reason, and the color holds up amazingly well after being machine washed several times! I bought this for hunting... but wind up wearing it every day. So my advice is to buy two!

This is SUCH a cool hoodie. Good quality materials, great fit, & the logo looks awesome. I make my hubby wear it for me all the time. The ONLY issue I had was it was initially out of stock & it took FOREVER to get in, but once I got it, I was very satisfied.

This is my favorite Kryptek hoodie so far. I have the Ops and Vulcan (I think it's called). Those 2 are made of the same soft material that snags really easy, but I still love them, lol. This Tartaros hoodie that I got in Large size has a little more breathing room than my other Kryptek hoodies that I have of the same size, and the material won't snag as easily and I don't see it shrinking as bad over time. Super comfy, all the embroidery is on point, no loose threads, and vivid coloring. Keep em coming, Kryptek.

This is a high quality hoodie.The stitching is solid and the print stands out. The emblem on the front is thick and stands out. The hoodie is not made out of cotton, it is all synthetic. It is not as warm as a cotton hoodie, but it will dry much quicker.My only issue with is the size. It is on the small size. It does not stretch either. It was too small for me to wear over a t shirt comfortably. I have several other xxl hoodies that fit much better. Maybe if this is suppose to be an athletic fit, which means small to me.

This hoodie was pretty true to size and made of good quality material that feels very synthetic and smooth to the touch. It's only for cool mornings rather than cold ones, unless you are wearing multiple layers. Good buy.

I bought one for each member of my household family. We love Kryptek patterns. The hoodies are light weight and comfortable. Not very thick as they are made for layering. We will take them out hunting next month and I will update my review then.

I'm 6'-5", 260lbs. Took a gamble with the 2xl. Fits well. The sleeves do ride up a bit with arms extended front. Overall, happy with the fit. I'll keep an eye open for tall sizes in the future. The pattern is spot on. This is going to be great for layering or cool weather. Too thin for cold weather by itself. Love it.
