Igourmet removed my negative review
Either the cheese has gotten terrible or Igourmet (or their source) is not handling the cheese properly. The cheese sold is well within best buy date, yet is mouldy and bad tasting. I provided them with pictures and lot numbers and they did not respond.

NO taste whatsoever
Last year I ordered a large package of Castello cheese and it was awesome. Creamy and dreamy, very strong tasting blue cheese. I just test tasted this new block that i just received and it is horrible. It it not the same cheese. Its so tasteless it will most likely end up in the garbage. I will probably order some American blue cheese, it would be better than this expensive, tasteless cheese......
