OEM replacement works great
There's no reason not to like these as they are a direct, OEM replacement for my previous cleats. What I learned was that I used my old LOOK cleats waaaaaaaaaaaaaaay too long. Putting on the replacement cleats felt like I had brand new clipless pedals. The engagement and secure fitting were enlightening to say the least.

Really nice, substantial and smooth cleats
I recently acquired a bike with Look pedals and decided to dust off my ancient cleated shoes and try them again. The cleats I had were last changed c.2000, and while they still worked, they did not inspire confidence. Oddly enough, the soles of my shoes were a bigger concern - I wound up having to superglue them back into place as they both popped loose from the rear edge of the cleat to the heel! The new cleats arrived quickly and went on without a hitch. The hardware is nicer, using an allen key rather than a flat head screwdriver, and the cleat itself feels more substantial. I noted the laminated surfaces and so far have been delighted by the much more solid contact these give me.I have used them so far with a vintage 1st generation set of white Look pedals and look forward to trying them out on a couple of sets of later pedals I have kicking around.

Work, but have to tighten every so often
These cleats were needed for my husband and I to use our peloton. He has shoes from Amazon, I got No Bulls. The cleats work with both! As others mentioned, you do have to retighten the cleats every so often or they slide a tiny bit.

Authentic Look Delta Cleat
I am writing this review because at this time, there is only one other review, and it incorrectly refers to this as a Keo cleat. It is not a Keo cleat. It is a Look Delta cleat.Specifically, this is as pictured, a red Look Delta cleat with teflon at the toe, and the rear release area. This RED version is color-coded to indicate the greater 12-degrees of float compared to the Look BLACK cleats, which do not offer as great of a float (they allow 5 degrees, I believe). The "float" is the amount of movement the cleat is designed to allow (imaging your heel moving in and out freely through 12 degrees of a 360-degree circle) without releasing from the pedal. The amount of free movement is called the "degrees of float." It is my understanding that a greater float allows for a less-precise install without causing knee damage, or it allows for a greater range of less-than-perfect knee anatomy without physically stressing the knee in a manner that can lead to repetitive joint damage. So I have always used these 12-degree red cleats instead of the narrower range black ones. You still want to be careful how you install them on your shoe so that during your pedal rotation you are within the 12 degrees of movement. It is now winter with snow on the ground, and I'm not riding. Come spring, I will try to update this review to answer the question of whether or not the more expensive version of the cleats with the Teflon are worth the money.

Work well.
I bought OEM look cleats for best fit. They work well and easy for a peloton. They have the right amount of play. I think the zero degree black ones would cause knee strain.

Bought for Peloton bike - work a treat.
I bought these to make my cycling shoes function on a Peloton bike and they work very well in that regard. Easy to fit and adjust. If that is what you are looking to use these for then I would not hesitate to recommend.

Changed over time!
Was not sure if these were genuine as they look different to the ones on my old shoes that have cleats with Sidi on the screws. Look like these are the only ones available that are genuine and not generic.

I know they are more expensive but they are a better more enduring buy
Being an old time Delta Look peddle owner, it is not the first time I have purchased these cleats. Buy the Look originals not the copies. I know they are more expensive but they are a better more enduring buy. The originals are stronger and a much better design. The copies break easily due to a weakness in the plastic between the back two cleat screw slots.

Does the job!
Just what I needed for my spin shoes to use with my Peloton bike. Would recommend.
