Very happy with this phone!
My Samsung phone was failing. My wife has had one of these for years and still loves it. I've not had any issues with this phone, I'm very happy with it!

so good
i had this device since, pretty much when it came out. its great. the only reason i bought it again was to replace the original one. i didn't felt i needed an upgrade to a newer one. this one is plenty.

Definitely worth it
I would give it a 5 stars but the device came with a non OnePlus charging brick and cable & it smell burnt so I decided to throw it away. The phone is in pristine condition not a single scratch. Great value even though it has a SD 855 chip & 8GB RAM makes everything very responsive and snappy. Plenty of space (256GB) for storing pictures & videos (90HZ). Didn't have any issues on updating the OS. Updated into Android 11 & OnePlus is still pushing out updates for the OnePlus 7 Pro. Pop up camera runs very quiet. Under the screen finger print scanner and the face unlock work well. Games runs very smooth, no stutters and lag. For MetroPCS users it was a seems less transition on switching device. Buyers shouldn't sleep on this device.

Still Better than my Old Phone
I got the McLaren version in the mail. Not sure how it's special, but it's what they sent. I will say, for some reason when I got the phone I had to factory reset it. I was around halfway through setup (which I had to do manually) when I noticed a system update. Of course I did it, but when it loaded back up it seemed to go into retail mode or something (I got the T-Mobile locked version and had unlocked as soon as I could get to the menu). I couldn't even open the settings to factory reset it until I put the phone on airplane mode. After that, setup went fine and I didn't have to do everything manually anymore. I also noticed three very small and hardly noticeable dead pixels in the bottom right of the screen the day after I set it up. They're so small, I'm not sure if it was caused by transportation initially (as in not sure if they were there day 1 or developed slowly from internal issues). So far I haven't seen any other problems there besides basic scratches on the display. What upset me quite a bit was that they didn't include the original charger. I'm lucky I still had my 6's charger because I would've been screwed otherwise. I wish they put that somewhere on here, since it was my understanding it'd be all original tech. Besides that, it comes with your general amenities of a sim card pin to remove your SIM card. It also has some T-Mobile apps you can't uninstall at all if you get the locked version, even after unlocking. I had one of them install bloat-ware onto the phone the night after I set it up which was annoying. Generally gets a bit too warm with certain apps, but it is an older phone so I understand why. It's one of the worst versions of the phone for that though in general, especially as it ages. My 6 didn't get nearly this hot when it was still working. Overall, still better than the experience I had with the Nord30. Good okayish budget phone if you're looking for a cheaper alternative to newer phones, but maybe avoid this seller since not all tech is original and there's some issues out of the box.

Great phone, software sucks
I've had this phone for a week and it's an amazing phone with all the features that it advertised, but after the software update, the front camera can't zoom in no more, the Bluetooth connectivity can't connect, the volume button only works for the phone setting on most apps that has movies and music and videos when it should be in media settings so you have go in and manually look for media volume, so this phone really is a let down for me, if they can have a software update for this phone to fix these I will give five but it doesn't do what I want it to do, and I've had OnePlus phones for years now

The best phone I ever owned.
I have been looking forward to receiving this new renewed phone. The phone looks and operates like new right out of the factory box. Keep up the great work and I will keep your company in mine for my next phone.

Fastest phone on the market
The OP seven pro is the fastest phone that I have ever used. The processors are the same ones that are in the Samsung galaxy at half the cost of the phone price. The OP seven pro has a full screen and no notch or hole punch for the camera. This is easily the best phone I’ve ever owned
