Works well… for a while.
I’ve purchased two of these, and really want to like them, but they only stay up for of the time, and eventually give up completely, refusing to stick to the wall. Permanent towel bars or bust, for me.

Surprised at how good this one is
Needed a rack to hang bath mat within stall, on tiles without drilling or cementing and this works perfect. It adheres very well to the wall and does what it is supposed to. Would recommend but a bit pricey.
