Constructed of 40T graphite material, the WMVA is a light and sensitive rod with high strength and the perfect action. Two models are constructed with telescopic design. The unique trigger reel seats have a specially design indent in order to let the angler have more sensitivity. It is designed with exquisite cosmetic artwork and interwoven thread design. Used for frogs, flipping, and big swim baits. Nuff said!

Impressed for the price
Awesome rod for the price. I got the 7’7” heavy one piece. I love the guides ! 7/10 on weight of the rod compared to higher end beef sticks but not too bad! Now to see how how long it lasts

Killer swimbait rod for the $
Great swimbait rod-- not 2-piece as shown but a telescoping model. Nice components & just enough give on rod tip to sling sb's up to 6oz.-- rated up to 10 oz! No complaints one season in...

Nice rod!!
Only used it a couple times here in SoCal but got into a crazy Calico frenzy bite and this rod (7'6 model) handled them nicely. Feels nice but not confident in the "12-40lb" line test rating either. I'm not a fan of the hook keeper location (near the bottom/butt of the rod) and in fact it broke off while either putting in or taking out of a rod holder on a boat. It also is uncomfortable if you ever try to tuck the rod under your armpit as that hook keeper can poke/rub against you. Other than that the rod pairs nicely with my Okuma 364 and is a lot of fun to fish with. I guess I'll find out how much it can really handle if I ever hook up on a 20-30lb Yellowtail lol.

It has performed as good or better than my more expensive Lew's speed sticks
Been using it to fish top water plugs inshore and freshwater and flipping for bass. It has performed as good or better than my more expensive Lew's speed sticks.

Price was acceptable for product
came in thick padded foam cardboard, was not damaged as the rod came in one piece.
