Wow - usually the reviews on amazon for coffee tend to be more accurate for and we've found some good coffees this way. But this coffee was horrible. It seemed like a cheap coffee pretending to premium. The medium roast was burnt and frankly tasted like old coffee that had been sitting out. We made a pot and it was bad so we made a second to see if it was just a batch but the second was also horrible. So we just threw out the rest.

I continue to enjoy Lifeboost and plan on buying the whole beans as soon as I find the perfect grinder. Love the packaging and want to believe that it is as pure as stated on the description. Taste is excellent!

To bitter for what I wanted, did not care for pkging for self use. Gift would have been fine.

I bought this through the lifeboost website. I love that this is OG, free of mycotoxins, and fair trade. I bought the holiday bundle (7 bags, different flavors). Two were too medicinal smelling/tasting to drink. Two had no flavor at all. The other three were good and one was terrific. I just bought 3 bags of the terrific one and all three smell so sharp that my eyes teared. Customer service (they are great, by the way) told me that ethanol (a natural alternative to propylene glycol) is used to attach the flavor to the beans. Maybe I'm too sensitive to it. All three bags were the same - unusable for me. In addition, I had bought a hazelnut before that was wonderful and then I ordered 3 more bags. They were usable but had very little flavor. I like flavored coffee but will use another flavoring method now. I'm giving three stars because ordering is easy and it arrives fast and customer service is terrific.

You don't realize how bad your coffee is until you have the good stuff!

While their coffee tastes really good, if you don’t get what you expect, it is a real pain to return product. I ordered ground beans and they sent me whole beans. Not worth the effort. Horrid customer service
