Great for Cats
I wish I could upload the photo, but I don't have the means. When I do, I will post another review. What I cans say is make sure you use the long screws and if it's drywall, go ahead and drill a hole and place the plastic piece into the drywall before screwing in the long screws provided. Make sure it's screwed into a stud. These steps need to be sturdy because cats who love to climb high (not all cats do), they will use them, bounding up and down like a mountain goat. And some cats way more than others. Mine is about 11.5 pounds. My cat loves her stairway ( I bought 2 sets) as they lead to the very top part of my closet which is separated from the bottom part by doors. Old fashioned for storage, but I leave one side door open for her. I am planning on buying a few more to put close to other places she loves to get too, but isn't allowed to get to because the route is too dangerous yet, heavily laden book shelves etc. All I know is these are sturdy. And, like anything else installed on a wall, will last a long time if installed properly. I had to screw into lath and plaster walls, very old style, but so far they have been holding well, I used a stud finder, and went for every 16 inches from the edge to find them. I could feel the screw as it drilled into a long piece of wood, so it was a stud, not a lath. In the 1930's when my house was built, the army corp of engineers were using studs of real size 2 x 4's behind the lathe and plaster every 16 inches on center and happily they are the ones that built my very sturdy house. So I am very happy with these products from the Fukumara Company. This company seems very aware of feline behavior and needs and they obviously love cats because their products show a level of sturdiness and safety I haven't found elsewhere. Very Very Happy, and so is my cat!

Kitty loves them
These are perfect for our climbing kitty... she took to them right away. They're easy to assemble and hang with basic tools. Interestingly we bought two (one left-to-right and one right-to-left) and the "right-to-left" is reversible to mount either way, while the "left-to-right" can only be mounted one direction. They work perfectly for our wall though!

Product GREAT, anchors included...not so much
I bought these for my cats to be able to access the loft space in their cat house. Item came with everything to install, including the drill bit!! The product itself is great, well made and the cats love it. It did require a little bit of assembly, but super simple, screwing the steps onto the wall plate. The only issue I have it the included wall anchors. At first they seemed tight to the wall and the cats immediately took to them. But now after a couple weeks of use, both anchors are pulling out of the wall. After reading some additional reviews, I will search for more substantial anchors and remount the steps.

They hold up incredibly well!
These cat stairs are absolutely fantastic! Our cats both use them every day and they hold up incredibly well. Very happy with them!

Good look, great price, but minor installation issues
Looks great. My wife said no to the living room, but we agreed on my oldest daughter's room as a compromise. I've installed one stairway and ordered and am in the middle of adding another as I write this review; the separate hammock will be next, once I figure out placement with wall studs and furniture. I'm rating installation at 3.5-4 stars for one design issue. There are two install options: on drywall (recommended to place one screw into a stud and the other into the drywall with a provided anchor) or on concrete; that's great, and Fukumaru includes all the hardware, down to the concrete expansion tubes, drywall anchors, hex wrench and drill bit. However, I can't fit my drill between the steps to screw and attach to the wall. I predrilled into the stud (which the instructions do not mention), but I still had a hard time with a handheld screwdriver: I stripped a screw and added about 10 minutes to the project. I found an old electric screwdriver, which added another 10 minutes to locate (yeah, that one's on me), and once it charges, I'll try it on the second stairway. Overall, I love the price and the look, and I'll work through the rest. No word on utility by the cat yet, but buying things one's cat will never use occasionally comes with the territory.

Not strong enough
Cute and the cats love it. But I had to put up extra supports on all the parts that stick out from the wall. As soon as they cats got on them they bent, so I just tied them up and now it works great.

Ollie Approved!
Only took a couple of days and a little coaxing and now they are used multiple times each day. My kitty is now king of the world!
