Q: Are they suitable for vegan?

not sure, but they would be quite a tough chew and would need some sauce.

Q: Are these really waterproof??

Yes. I’ve been out in rain, had a full foot in a puddle or two and did a long walk through very heavy dew and my feet were dry. If there is seepage it’s probably because the lace area is exposed.

Q: Are these shoes strong at the back of the shoe ? Does it give strong support to the ankle

I bought these for my own use...I'm very happy with the fit and support..disappointed that I need to get replacement boots after several months wear, but I walk for a minimum of 2 hours every day and often about 4 hours so I can't really complain. They have been very comfortable.
