Great product and quite weighty (I thought it was going to be light plastic). Box is damaged but product is ok

Made really well, very sturdy and you can tell that from how heavy it is. Really qwerky and a good buy for a present.

A Very well designed mug, its a strong material - sadly the one I ordered arrived broken (the handle sticks out a lot) but Amazon sent a replacement for me.

Great value for this. Seen it else where for a higher price. I’ve been very happy with this. A most for lord of the rings fans.

Up to now, I was very pleased with everything I have ordered, but the prancing pony mug had a broken handle. I have filled in the return information section, and asked for a replacement, and will send back the broken item when I have recieved the information I need to do so, hopefully the replacement will be fine. thank you, Amos Sampson

Well the first thing I noticed wrong with it, it wasn’t made of wood. It’s made of ceramic

The Tankard came with the handle snapped off. The box was not damaged and I will return it and will not be ordering a replacment out of fear of receving another broken mug. I wouldn't recomend getting one due to the fact that it came broken and if I were you would look at a cheaper glass one.

Massimo giudizio in tutto: puntualità della spedizione, imballaggio molto curato, ottima presentazione del prodotto con relativa custodia. Boccale molto bello. Destinato agli appassionati della saga. Comunque consigliato a tutti.

Mi è arrivato col manico rotto, ma il venditore mi ha prontamente inviato uno nuovo per sostituirlo. Regalo di compleanno perfetto. Molto soddisfatto.
