was worth the watching
She was easy to understand and the farms and horses were beautiful. She respected the horses and around the race track she was aware of the need of her job and the horses and ridders. I rented this doc. twice as my sister is a photogapher and she was here. I should buy it.

A passionate photographer
Gabriel is very passionate on her love of horses. She discusses how to interact with the animals and their owners. Her joy of working with horses is almost spiritual. As a photographer, I would like to learn more of the technical side of her work. For example, what are her equipment choices, exposure settings and post production processes. She discusses these only in passing.

A Look at What Goes into a Good Horse Photo
I really enjoyed watching this video. You can tell that Gabriele Boiselle genuinely loves horses and appreciates their beauty. She gives a nice look at what it takes to get one of those horse photos that makes you say, "Wow!" when you see them. If you listen closely, you'll get a ton of tips to use in your equine photography experiments, too. She discusses different poses, ways to make their hooves shine (and when not to try getting that look) and many other little things I didn't even think about, like what to do if you only have a huge paddock or a barn to shoot in.
