Nice, lightweight helmet. Daughter loves it.

Just don't tighten too much. After about a 15 mile ride I had a headache, which was strange because I never get headaches. My wife looked at me after I removed the helmet and she said I had a red mark on my head from the helmet. A couple minutes after taking off the helmet, my headache was gone. Lesson learned. Snug but not tight is the way to go. Instead of real tight, I adjust the chin strap a bit more. It feels good now and I can't even tell it's on after awhile. I just hope I don't have to ever find out how well it protects my noggin.

Nice helmet - wish there was room for ponytail. Maybe not great for women with medium to long hair.

You never want to buy a cheapo helmet because then you're up a creek if you do end up crashing... which I dabble in from time to time. Here was my list:- These days, you gotta have MIPS - check!- Reputable brand, and not just some knock off replica that may or may not protect you - check!- Ventilation: this is super important to me because I live in the south and I still sweat like the younger huskier version of me when I stared in at the doughnut shop. There are some helmets that are engineered so perfectly that you feel someone turns on a fan the second you start moving (let's call this a 10), and there are other helmets that feel like a sweatbox torture cap (let's call this a 0) - on that scale this is an 8. CHECK!- Does is look cool? Why yes in fact. It does. I checked.- Will you need to go work a street corner or pull out a second mortgage to buy this helmet? Thankfully no.

Last summer both me and my daughter had biking mishaps. We replaced her Bell and my Bonteager with 2 Nutcases. Although we loved the paint jobs they just weren’t comfortable. I picked up the Lazer Coyote for myself, but upon seeing it, my daughter popped it in her head and never gave it back…lolWhen my kids were toddlers they each had Lazers (Nutz and P’Nutz) and they worked extremely well. So far the Coyote is matching the others in quality and comfort

Medium didn’t fit. Returned it for a different brand helmet that did fit true to size. Nice helmet though. You may want to buy the next size up if you’re near the max size for the helmet.

Nice color, design comfortable.

Like the color but doesn’t work with long hair.
