These are thicker than those flimsy ones you normally see at the dog park. I never worry that my hand may touch what I’m picking up lol. They are also easy to open since the bags have a bit of a rougher texture. These fit perfectly in my doggy bag container too! I will not be buying another brand anytime soon.

I looked for a while to find some compostable poop bags and stumbled upon these. Compostable or not, these are the best poop bags I’ve used. They are large but can fit in a normal sized bag roll holder and they are actually really strong. My husky poops like 4 times a day lol. Sometimes he poops on the sidewalk and I have to scrape it up with the bag on my hand ( I’m sure I’m not alone in this ) and these things haven’t torn like the cheap ones I used to buy. Highly recommend.

These are the best doggie poop bags I have used!I especially like that they are easy to open, even with just one hand while holing my dogs leash in the other. They do not leak and contain the smell .Also, they are biodegradable, which I feel is of utmost importance.

This poop bag is better than any bag I have ever used. I have had my dog for 16 years, tried many different brands of poop bags. About a year or so ago I discovered Lucky Dog bags at Costco. Never wanted to use another brand again. The bags were easy to open and did not fall apart. I continue to purchase them on Amazon because I cannot find them at Costco any longer.

Re editing this and upgrading to 5 stars after buying and using a second box. Biodegradable poop bags - a huge plus. They look and feel flimsy, but they are plenty strong. The first box of these bags we bought was very hard to open, but the bags in the second box are easy to open, so maybe there's a minor quality control issue, or maybe we were just unlucky with the first box. The only remaining thing to say is that they're more expensive than some other bags. But if they're really compostable, the extra cost is well worth it.

I've purchased these bags twice now. At first I didn't like them - as others have said, they don't fit my existing plastic dispensers due to the height & diameter of the roll & the lack of a central core makes them hard to rotate in the dispenser. But I DO like the bags themselves. They are a bit stretchy & usually I have to use 2 hands to tear them off, but I feel better about the idea that these bags might compost without leaving plastic or chemical residue and don't use a plastic or even cardboard core.When my old plastic dispenser broke I bought a dispenser from a different brand that looks like a little fanny pack with a place the bags can be pulled out. I would have preferred the bag to be made of something not part plastic (like maybe 100% cotton canvas cloth?), but I couldn't find one that wasn't made out of polyester or "waterproofed" material. I wish this company would make a sturdy cloth dispenser that fit these bags, with a tab or pin or something that would help them tear easier.But, my desire to both keep my dogs' poo from mummifying in a landfill & littering the world with plastic cylinder cores won out over the very minor inconveniences of these bags, so I'll stick with them until something even better comes along.

Love these bags. Bonus that I feel less guilt using them due to being compostable. They are more sturdy than other compostable bags out there, but of course not as sturdy as traditional plastic.

These are great. They are as good as the usual plastic bags for thickness, odor control, and easier to tear off the roll and open. Best of all, NO PLASTIC. I have given samples to all my dig owning friends
