So disappointing
I've never given a one star review, ever. The only redeeming part of this one is that it's a short read. The bad part is you already know everything in the book so reading it is redundant and disappointing. Go drink a glass of water and find a book worth reading. Then try not to think of the time you wasted on this one.

Think before you eat and drink more water. That's it in a nutshell. Why waste 30 some pages on it? I guess anyone can publish a "book" on Kindle.

So excited to implement this!
So down to earth! I really enjoyed reading this book. It only took about 20 minutes - but the good thing about that is that I can read it everyday for the next couple of weeks or so and absorb all the information so that I can make everything recommended here a habit. Can't wait to see the weight drop off.... Thank you for sharing your 'secret' .

Easy to follow strategies for weight loss
This book is brilliant. It is really short and clear and simple. It has made me really reflect on my eating habits and given me some easy to follow strategies that will help me lose weight. I am not a fan of diets so this is perfect for me.

Helpful and practical advice!
What a great read! Just what’s needed after the Christmas excesses. It’s a short book so you won’t get bogged down with loads of rules to follow but it’s all do-able for everyone and I’d recommend the advice.
