DC36 replacement foam microphone windscreen (microphone cover) (3-pack) for use with David Clark Aviation Headset

I received the covers however where are the bands to keep the cover in place?

I needed one of these because my mic was picking up a lot, and my voice made a lot of pop noises obviously. That doesn't happen anymore! Yay. starsscatter by the way.

Have two David Clark H10-13.4 headsets and one Air-680 headset. These mike muffs were great fits on all, and at a fantastic price. O-rings (not supplied) original to the headsets are not necessary, but do give a more finished appearance. (I guess I am just use to seeing them.) Performance is the same as the originals. All mike muffs need to be replaced periodically. The price of these is so much more reasonable.

Re-purposed them for a couple sets of mobile phone ear buds. Work great. Now I can walk outside in the wind while talking (listening) to my wife during my lunch break and not drive her crazy with the wind noise. I cut a slit in the closed end, stretched it over the ear bud with the mic on the cord and tied the open end with some avionics flat cord to secure it to the mic.

Work well enough. Had to stretch to get over my SoftComm mikes but didn’t tear and are holding up

Tight fit on a Softcom and Dave Clark headset.But they went on without tearing and the need for an o-ring is optional.

It’s work grate and fits like the original for Davit Clark headset ... the only thing I IDid not like is the original is blue color and this one is black

Perfect replacement. My only criticism is that they don’t include the small black rubber bands to hold the foam in place.
