I'm 68 years old.I have mild to moderate hearing loss, especially at higher frequencies.In the past five years, I have used two other brands of hearing AIDS.They all helped.The last pair I used is broken.This is the right link on my aid that cannot be resolved.I have bought the warranty through Amazon and they have refunded every penny of the money.After a lot of research, I narrowed the selection down to two amplifiers.It was cheaper, so I bought one to try.I was delighted to find that it served my needs well.Programming actually helps in noisy situations.I use program 3 and click to increase the volume.When the noise reduction starts, I can actually hear it.The picture became clearer.I use program 1 when I'm at home.I seldom pronounce a word.They work for me.I think they will work for most people.I've tried hearing AIDS worth thousands of dollars.They couldn't have been better for me.So here's my advice: If you're tempted, go ahead and buy one or two amplifiers and try them out.If you don't like them, please send them back.You really don't have much to lose.The company is great.

I bought an amplifier for my parents and chose it based on previous comments and the fact that it was rechargeable. My parents had severe hearing loss, and I studied each model in depth. According to their side-by-side chart comparison, I choose the range. I decided on this product because it is the same, but has more adjustable functions to suit different levels of hearing impairment. I received it and had my parents test the model and have noticed a huge difference in their hearing ability! By description, it is also easy to set up and use and adapt to your specific needs. I would definitely recommend it to anyone with similar needs.

This thing scared me terribly. When I first tried it, there was a continuous buzzing like echo. Amplification was more like just being in a long hallway. I turned my head and got a loud piercing feedback noise and immediately took this thing off. I could have damage my hearing with this thing. Idea of it is good but, I feel its unsafe for use and can't recommend this product.

i desperately wanted these to work but unless you find the exact right volume it is either too much background noise or nothing at all. Overall not a great item.

I ordered these for my elderly mom and she literally said, "I didn't realize how much I was missing! I can hear!" I am very please with this product and recommend using these before going to purchase high-dollar hearing aids. My mom is very particular and I wanted to see if she would even like or get used to something on/in her ears and she is very, very HAPPY. Thank you!

Great for someone that can't keep track of hearing aids . This is 3rd pair ordered, caregivers only use one at a time so he can hear but not put one in his coffee.

This is a good product for all of us, so my grandmother can hear more clearly, which makes her feel safer, and she can communicate with us almost without any barrier. I am very happy and feel very worthwhile

My brother is hard of hearing, so I bought these for him. He said they work great, but they don't fit exactly right. Sometimes one or the other will fall out of his ear canal.
