It is impossible to read on Kindle Paperwhite
As the subject goes. I lost patience before I could figure out exactly the extension of this file, but it looks more like graphic than text. The actual contents are situated in the middle of the page with enormous empty margins around. No options to reformat the font or fit the page to screen are available. Moreover, it is impossible to highlight the text or work with it in any other way.

Superficial and not for Kindle
Lacks depth and is not made for Kindle at all. I would give 0 stars if possible.

Tragic and horrific misinformation
First, it was written in a very chaotic disorganized way which I did not like. Second, she shockingly promotes a lotus birth which has zero benefits and has tragically caused death or critical illness to too many infants. The placenta no longer has nutrients when outside of the mother's body, our bodies provide the nutrients to the placenta so you are doing nothing but exposing your infant to a dead organ which can easily cause infection. How could this book be published in 2020 with such horrific misinformation? I like natural things, I'm a yoga teacher, I drink herbal tea, I eat organic food--but I also studied science in undergrad and will not be swayed by pseudoscience that can cause death in the precious babies we carry for 9 months.

Beautifully illustrated but prejudiced plant-based diet awareness
This is a beautiful book with watercolour-style illustrations and food photographs. It would be a great gift for an expectant mother. It is written in a simple style and the visuals make it an easy read.Though it does contain valuable information, it is not a "medical" book in the style of the A-Z Guide of Pregnancy. It is great as a complementary book when you have already done some research about the technical aspects of pregnancy and want to make your experience more natural and stress-free. It is divided by trimester and has chapters on general mindfulness, labour/birth and your relationship with your baby. The only thing that is a bit disappointing for me is the lack of knowledge the author has about plant-based nutrition during pregnancy. She implies that a vegan diet needs more attention than an omnivorous one. I am not trying to criticize any diet here but as a vegan for 11 years it is very obvious that I have an advantage on most mums-to-be even without trying. The foods that should be avoided during pregnancy are animal products and as such are naturally excluded from my diet. I always choose wholemeal options and avoid canned food. I neither drink coffee or alcohol nor smoke by choice. And most of the remedies to relieve with pregnancy symptoms are vegan or have a vegan alternative so we don't need any more help than omnivorous mums. As a matter of fact, a midwife told me that she didn't have much to tell me because without trying to be pregnant I already do everything that needs to be done on a daily basis.Be careful with the baths as she mentions "warm" baths not "hot" and while she says to add flowers into a hot bath, she also says to wait until it has cooled-down to go into it. Hot baths can lead to miscarriage.Overall though I like this book. I like the yoga exercises and the design. I'm not really into the meditation exercises but that's just my personal preferences. Finally, I appreciate the fact that the illustrations represent women from different ethnicities.

Wonderful
This is such a beautiful book I was so pleased with it. Sadly I miscarried so I never got to read the whole thing. But i highly recommend it to anyone who's pregnant.

Lovely
I love this book. It's so beautiful. It would be such a lovely present for a first time mother. As a third time mother, I had to buy it for myself and I'm enjoying dipping in and out of it. The message of having a mindful pregnancy is so important and not something you'll hear about from your doctor (from my experience).
