Good as cleansing wipes but does not have cooling effects. If you put it in a cooler with ice to keep it cold, then it will help cool off on a hot day.

These wipes are so cooling and refreshing for after activity. I used to go to a yoga class that had essential oil towels they gave everyone for use after the class to freshen up. I’ve searched for a class where I live now that does that and have never found another class like that, but that alone made the practice so delightful. These wipes offer that same effect I got from that class, which makes me LOVE them! ❤️ There’s something about having a refreshing burst of feel good oils at the close of a yoga class (or even other physical activity - these could be used for after any class as a nice pick me up!) that really closes out that part of the practice and moves you on to the rest of your day.These wipes are paraben free, and they have clean, green ingredients, plus are scented with uplifting eucalyptus oil to not only brighten and uplift, but also to provide a cooling effect. They also have skin friendly aloe as well, which I was really happy to see, so the wipes aren’t drying. I have very sensitive skin, and my skin is fine with these. This pack is a smaller, personal pack, so it’s easy to toss in your bag and take with you (these immediately went into my bag as soon as they arrived so I’d have them with me!)I am so happy with these wipes and will definitely continue to use them. Plus, I highly recommend these. If you haven’t tried this kind of towelette after exercise, in my opinion, it’s a definite must. It will change the way you view your post exercise routine and will become an essential part of your practice.

This are cooling and feel good but small me have to use 2 and them are thin. Me recommend the maude wipes them are big and can be used one more time after first use

I was curious about these wipes because when leaving the gym I am using a wipe to wipe my hands. I never considered one for after a good workout to refresh.There are 12 wipes in this pack. There is a resealable opening on the top of the pack.There is Greek Mastiha (a crystal) and eucalyptus in the wipes. I was wondering how strong of a sent it would be.After a work out, I tried one out. I pulled one easily from the pack. It is wet enough more than damp but not soaking wet. Just right.The scent: it is lightly scented that I can smell the eucalyptus when I pull it out of the pack but then the smell dissipates and I can't smell it after I used it on my skin.The cloth: the cloth is a little over 6.5 inches wide and 7.5 inches tall. It is the material of most disposable face wipes. It is a strong cloth that I can wet under a faucet and use more than the initial wiping.How I used it: I chose to use it to wipe neck, my hands and under arms. It feels nice and cool under the arms. It is NOT sticky at all. It did not leave me smelling like eucalyptus. It just left me feeling a little less sweaty and yucky.I like them. They fit nice in my purse or in my gym bag. I can keep them in my van. My only problem is there are only 12 of them in the pack. Not many at all.
