No more Hot Flashes!!!! Great Product

I am 53 years old and I have had hot flashes for 3 years now (feels like forever) I used to get hot flashes all day every day.I heard about this product and I LOVE IT. I have tried other brands and this one has worked the best for me. I take them 3 to 4 times a day and I get maybe 2 or 3 hot flashes a day and when or if I do get a hot flash it's only about 10 to 15 seconds long and then I know I should take a pill. I used to get at least 30 hot flashes,if not more a day & night sweats and it is so much better now. Hopefully one day I won't need these pills anymore but I will take these 100 % until I stop hot flashes.

My doctor recommended Black Cohosh for my periodic hot flashes during the night. Living in the Deep South, menopause can be especially awful during hot, humid weather. A friend told me her doc recommended black cohosh so I immediately looked on Amazon for it. I was afraid it would make my chronic migraines worse, but if it did it’s better now that I’ve been taking it about 3 months. I noticed a difference right away; I’m not waking up soaked from head to toe every night, anymore. If I forget it a day or two I notice pretty quickly. My quality of life is vastly improved! I do have to take this right before eating or I get reflux, but otherwise I’m thrilled with how it works.

I've tried a few different brands of black cohosh and this one seems to be the one that works the best (for me). One capsule a day (it will take 3 or more weeks before full effects take place, so patience is required) I use along with the Now brand lavender scented progesterone cream and together they have pretty much eliminated my hot flashes
