Arm rest broke off after 5 months. Seller no help.
The product is otherwise sturdily made, but one's forearms push outward on the arm rests, creating torque, and the welds that connect them to the supports are not up to the job. On my walker, the welds on the right side cracked, and the arm rest first tilted outward, then just broke off. I wrote the seller asking for a replacement for the whole right arm rest unit that inserts into the main body, sending photos, but never heard back. I'm not 100% confident about the left side either; there is what looks like a hairline crack. The unit is also cannot be adjusted to be comfortable at my height, which is only 5'9''. I had to switch in 3rd-party legs for the double-wheeled ones provided, reducing stability. I would say, 5'7" tops.

a functional, practical basic walker with armrest attachment to make it into a stand upright walker
This is a functional, practical basic walker with armrest attachment to make it into a stand upright walker. My elderly mom uses this upright walker; she's had it for a few months and used it to walk to the grocery store a few times. I know about walkers and rollators because I've assisted her for years now, helped her research and buy several different kinds of walkers and rollators and canes as well. It is functional, practical and versatile (removable seat, removable armrests if want to use as a regular, basic walker). I have some pros, cons and suggestions.I think it could be an ideal upright walker for many people, if improvements are made to it. BUT, this needs a lot of work to improve it, like adding larger wheels instead of the tiny front wheels on it now, and instead of small back double wheels for brakes, add brakes at the handlebars instead (like the other upright walkers do.) The width is narrow which is fine for my petite mom, but might be too narrow for some other people. However, when it comes to her sitting down - its too narrow - no room for her to move, no handlebar to stand up with or to rest hand or arm on while seated and, the seat goes downward, making her slide off the seat - because the back wheels are pushed down (the brakes).Pros:It's functional and practical: easy to fold the walker; removable and easy to fold up seat (but the walker won't fold up if the seat is attached on the walker). This upright is lightweight (feels about like the weight of a basic walker, just has the added attachment for the armrests/handlebars). Its narrow, so it turns easily and gets through doors easily (but this might be a con for those who need more width).Cons:WHEELS: TOO SMALL both front and back (wheels get stuck in cracks of sidewalks, etc. doesn't always go smoothly over outdoor surfaces). If another model is made with bigger wheels (preferably larger in the front, nothing less than 6 inches, this will improve the upright walker.)WIDTH: make another option that will be wider/larger for those who need more space;SEAT: no room to sit (even for a petite person). Person slides down when seated: the person slides down off the seat since there is no space to move while seated, its not comfortable at all; the sliding down is due to the back wheels with the brakes on it: back wheels pushes to the ground to keep walker from moving while seat (which is a good thing) but doesn't work well since width of space is too narrow and no lower handlebars for the person the reach or grip.To remedy the back wheels with the brakes: add brakes to the handlebars (on the armrest) instead. Brakes are most important, especially when a seat is being used. Brakes at the handle will remove the need for brakes on these small double back wheels.SOME OF MY SUGGESTIONS TO COMPANY AND THE MAKERS, DESIGNERS, ENGINEERS OF THIS PRODUCT:If you are opened to improving this model for customer safety, satisfaction, etc. here are my ides. This upright is ok, but needs a lot of work to make it better, more comfortable and most importantly - safer. Keep the ones you have, but add more and newer improved models to open yourself up to a wider customer base:WHEELS: too small; it needs bigger wheels or the option to have larger wheel than the tiny front and the small double back wheels; suggested nothing less than 6 inch wheels front and back (keep swivel wheels in front) but preferred option is 8 inch wheels front and maybe 6 inches in the back to keep it lightweight as possible.)WIDTH OF WALKER (INSIDE THE WALKER): make another model like this but a little wider, for more room to walk and to sit inside.ARMREST: make a model where armrests are adjustable in HEIGHT from the ground up: starting at height of at least 5 feet (or shorter) and extend up to 6 feet or taller)HANDLEBARS: 1. add BRAKES to handlebars (on the armrests) to a new model; other upright walkers have them. That will make it another option for brake safety for the customer to choose which is best for them - handle brakes or wheel brakes. To make an additional model that will have brakes at the handles would be a good idea for those who need the brakes at the handles.HANDLEBARS: 2. make it adjustable in LENGTH - to allow more leeway for person to decide how long they need the armrest and handlebar to be for them. (other upright walkers seem to have the adjustable armrests and handlebars).SEAT: the type of removable seat is fine, but also make a model that has a STRONG CANVAS/MESH like material for lighter or petite customers might be more reasonable as well (and keep it lighter weight), as long as the width inside the walker gives them room to move a little bit.COLORS: currently, this is in a basic silver/grey aluminum like color. However, if more colors can be made, it will make it even more attractive to more customers. However, I know that color is not of the most importance, but it does enhance its attractiveness and make more customer more comfortable to using it; having a selection of colors makes some of them become more receptive to using it.I hope my feedback helps; they're my opinions and suggestions (I'm someone who has researched and purchased various types of walkers and rollators, etc.) and assist my elder mom with them. I hope my feedback and suggestions help the customers reading this as well as the sellers and makers of this basic model of an upright walker.UPDATE/CORRECTION ABOUT HANDLEBARS ON THE ARMRESTS:My mistake: I just realized the handle bars on the armrest DO EXTEND. I just extended them for my mom as her elbow was a little off the armrest, but didn't realize it could be adjusted to fit better. Like with the legs, the length of the handlebars can be adjusted. I wish I could add 1/2 star for this; would a full star, but the concerns with need for brakes on the handlebars, the seat is uncomfortable and wheels are too small - all major issues. Yet, I feel with many improvements, this could become a good basic walker and a very good upright walker as well; the basic walker and upright walker combination sets off from the others right now, therefore with improvements, it could become more competitive with the others on the market right now. In addition, I did replaced the tiny front swivel 3 inch wheels with a larger set of swivel wheels (about 6") that I purchased separately from Amazon years ago. This makes it is slightly better; it would be best if the front swivel wheels and the back wheels all came with larger than 6 inch wheels.

Better for your back than standard rollator
Good improvement on standard rollator. cost much less than similar devices shown on TV. helps people with bad backs and mobility issues

Wheels too small
The wheels on this unit make it entirely too wobbly and unstable. I tried it one day and almost fell twice. The unit would be ideal if not for the wheels but that is a very big but. Unfortunately, this one has to go back to the dealer.

Can't recommend
This walker didn't work for me. It doesn't fold completely flat. Even folded it's big and ackward to handle. Not easy to fit in a car. Be aware that the seller is based on Hong Kong so if you want to return it you will be shipping it internationally which the seller warned me would be expensive. I decided to keep it and accept the $50 refund they negotiated. Had hoped to sell it but so far no luck. If you are using it in your residence it will work. Provides good support.
