I have GERD and wanted to try a more natural approach at reducing the heartburn. I am very happy with this product. It works great and I haven't taken my prescription ppo in weeks. I just eat 2 of the gummies when I feel the heartburn starting and it goes away. I mentioned this to my doctor and he said apple cider is great for heartburn. I've gotten 5 bottles so far and will be ordering more.

So, admittedly I thought this sort of thing to be a bit of a gimmick but I’m fat so why not give it a go? I work from home as of recently and my arch nemesis is snacking, particularly carb snacks (I love bread possibly more than Oprah). And now that I’m basically a house troll whose only exercise routine is walking to the pantry and back, I became open to solutions. So, I tried these. I’ve been taking these ACV gummies for just short of a week and the very first day I experienced the appetite suppressant aspect of it. I’d actually kind of forgotten I’d taken them and was in the kitchen trying to figure out when I last ate something because I wasn’t hungry for some reason (it was after 6pm) and realized I hadn’t eaten that day at all. Let me tell you, this one simply does NOT forget to eat. So, my caloric intake has dropped drastically (but not to nothing, I’m not dead) and I haven’t weighed in but I’m not snacking at all and if I eat something, it’s not for that dopamine hit. It’s strictly for sustenance, which is nice! Now, there’s a catch, and this could be because I’ve had my gallbladder removed and my digestive system now wishes me dead, but I’ve noticed these gummies do cause a wee bit of bowel issues. It’s nothing too significant, but it’s worth mentioning. Also, (and I just learned this the hard way) don’t take these and then go out to dinner with someone and force yourself to eat 2/3rds or more of a restaurant meal. You’ll feel like they need to roll you out the door because you’re so full. Just love yourself and ask for a box. It was a bumpy ride home and I thought with each jolt I’d surely barf. So, all in all, I’d say these actually assist in weight management. Just be smart about it, don’t abuse them and try to make sure you do get some kind of nourishment (my new go-to is a green protein smoothie). If you struggle with eating your feelings then I honestly think this is a perfect solution for that.

I’ve been using these for a couple weeks, I hope they work. I’m not sure there is effective as apple cider vinegar out of the bottle, but I’m trying. They do seem to have quite a bit of sugar or some other kind of sweetener in them.

I don't usually leave reviews but I felt like I have finally found a supplement that actually curbs my appetite and snacking habits. These apple cider vinegar gummies are literally the best. Within approximately an hour after taking the recommended dose, my appetite is completely curbed. I don't even snack after taking them, I just crave water. I've tried Flat Tummy ACV gummies, Slimfast SCV gummies, and Goli ACV gummies and they don't work nearly as well as Orphic Nutrition ACV. I'm on my second bottle and I will definitely be buying more because they really work.

These are delicious.

I bought these for weight loss.Ive been using it off and on for a month and I went from 150 to 145 so I mean it's ok.I do go longer periods without being hungry
