Aromatherapy (Quick Study Health)

Small but informative.
This is the perfect Quick Study chart for those who are seriously interested or studying Aromatherapy. It's laminated and features three-holes to be able to carried around in a binder or folder for quick access. It's styled like a folder and loaded with high-quality information from front to back and inside as well. The front side of pamphlet features information such as What is Aromatherapy? It goes over Oils Used in Aromatherapy and lists info about Carrier Oils, though it only lists a few carrier oils. There's a handy section about Safety Precautions which I think is very important to have when mentioning anything about essential oils. These Safety Precautions go over certain things like keeping essential oils away from children and pets. There's a large section about Using Essential Oils that goes over the different methods of externally using essential oils such as: Inhalation, Massage, Bath, and Diffusion. The inside of the Quick Study Guide is all about 24 different types of common Essential Oils ranging from Bergamot to Ylang Ylang. Each Essential Oil features a nice little drawing of that the plant looks like, the Botanical name, It's Action, Uses, and Caution/Comments.The back side of the Quick Study Guide features a Glossary and Therapeutic Index for Traditional Use. Overall, I think the Quick Study guide is pretty good for something that's as small as it is. It goes over a lot of information and is really well made. The different colors and small images featured throughout keep the guide interesting and fun. And the best part, it's not expensive at all.I received this product complimentary in exchange for a honest review.

Nice Quick-Study Guide for Beginners
I've been using essential oils for several months, but I still consider myself a beginner. With that said, most of the information in this chart was information that I'd already known. Despite this, it still makes for a great quick reference guide. On the front of the guide, there is basic information regarding aromatherapy, oils used in aromatherapy, safety precautions, essential oil uses, and information on purchasing and storing essential oils. Inside, there is a list of 24 different essential oils including the botanical name, actions, uses, and precautions for each oil. On the back, there is a glossary discussing the actions that were mentioned in the inside of the guide, as well as an index for which oils to use for certain ailments.I hang it on my refrigerator so that if I need a quick reminder, I don't have to break out the books. I've found that I use this chart most when I'm telling others about aromatherapy or introducing them to different essential oils. For the price, it's a nice little chart to add to your collection of literature and information on aromatherapy.* Product provided free of charge in exchange for an unbiased review. All opinions are my own.

Aromatherapy
Just getting started with aromatherapy and this laminated guide is extremely condensed and helpful. I am very busy and do not have time to read multiple pages about essential oils. The basics suite me very well.

Great Guide at a Glance to Assist with Understanding Essential Oils & Their Uses for Health, Wellness, and Aromatherapy
This laminated quick study guide's a great tool for quickly re-enforcing what you've learned about Essential Oils and their uses as aromatherapy agents, massage oils, and healing therapies. It covers topics like aromatherapy (inhalation and diffusion), bath use, massage, and dilution in carrier oils for direct use on the skin. Also offering tips on proper storage, how to assure you're getting therapeutic grade oils, and safety precautions, the guide also offers specific protocols in its "therapeutic index of traditional use" and has a detailed glossary. This is GREAT information in a convenient, easy-to-use, two page reference format (front and back of one laminated sheet) that's a great timesaver, helping you quickly expand your knowledge base. Highly recommended for those interested in essential oils; this helps jump start your journey & works as a great "refresher" for the experts. A winner!

Quick reference to the use of aromatherapy and what oils do what.
This provides a quick breakdown on the use of aromatherapy. It goes over ways to use them - Massage, Bath, Inhalation, and Diffusion - how to store them, purchasing them, to safety precautions. You also have a quick reference of the essential oils (ie Clary Sage) - Which provides the Botanical Name, Actions, Uses, and Cautions/Comments. Though some of it was known, not all of it was. At times my aunt will contact about what she should use for this symptom or that. It's come in handy when I am out of a main oil, or something new happens, this allows me to quickly look up a way around verse having to get my phone out or the computer. I did receive this at a discounted rate for my unbiased review. My opinion was not influenced by the discount that I received.

Helpful.
This is actually a really good reference guide. I often find Aromatherapy books to be cumbersome and hard to look up quick information, and there's also google but the internet has such varying information, so this guide is really worth it if you want to quickly look up what Clary Sage helps with, for example, and also the cautions associated. Though this is not comprehensive, there are enough common essential oils to be useful. I also appreciated the gloss and index on the back. Again, not comprehensive, but very helpful. My one complaint is that the writing is very small. If you have trouble reading small print, you'll probably have to break out the readers.*I received this product for free for my honest and unbiased revview*

Easy to comprehend. quick study guide
This is a handy guide to have that gives you a lot of information in pamphlet form. It is great to use with your essential oil recipe book. Using both of those, it is much easier for you to mix and match what will work better for you. Because it is laminated and has holes punched into, it can easily be saved in your notebook. You will save it a lot longer this way and it is easy to pull out when you need to reference something. I am very excited to add this to my small store of essential oil items.I received this quick study guide for free in exchange for my honest review, all thoughts are my own.
